Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich mit meiner Freundin nach Suzhou komme, hauptsächlich in die Japan Street. Da es sich um ein selbstfahrendes Auto handelt, wollte ich ein Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen finden, also habe ich mich für das Atour Hotel entschieden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ganz in der Nähe der Huaihai Road und des Hotelservices. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und wird vorher anrufen. Obwohl das Zimmer klein ist, ist es sehr sauber und die Einrichtungen und Geräte sind online. Vor allem wird der Preis während des Drachenbootfestes nicht übermäßig erhöht. Der Preis von mehr als 300 pro Nacht ist extrem hoch und wird vor der Abreise bezahlt. Schicke uns 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser, für dein Herz!

My recent stay at the Atour Hotel Huaihai Street, Lion Mountain, in the Suzhou New District, from March 2 to March 3, 2024, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with the utmost warmth and professionalism, making me feel immediately welcomed. The hotel's location is superb, nestled in a vibrant area that boasts a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern convenience. The room I was allocated was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The view of Lion Mountain added a serene backdrop to my stay, reminding me of Suzhou's natural beauty. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both local and international options, all delicious and freshly prepared. The attention to detail in service and presentation was evident throughout my dining experiences. What truly set Atour Hotel apart was its exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and eager to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining spots were spot-on, enhancing my exploration of Suzhou. The room is value for money. Staff are extremely friendly and will go the extra mile to assist u. Special mention to 小暑和枝荟 for assisting to my laundry and check out. Will stay again the next time I come to suzhou

Compare with other Atour, this one little be older, but very good location

📍 Location is quite convenient, jus next to the subway. 👩‍💻 Front desk were kind, and fast. ☕️ Breakfast was a mixture between western and Chinese cuisine 🛏️ Bed was comfortable. Id recommend this to anyone! Had an amazing time!

Not knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find. On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests. The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it! The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available. Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere. On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si. At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

酒店大堂乾淨明亮，還有辦公區與圖書可以看，房間設施齊全、乾淨衞生，床睡的很舒服，服務人員都很有禮貌，酒店地理位置優越，出門就有地鐵，出行方便，早餐種類豐富、好吃，退房還有熱的礦泉水送

安排住七樓，很安靜，整體衞生還可以，酒店裡的燒水壺、枱燈、床頭燈應該很久沒人用了，落了不少灰塵。酒店整體裝修很新，酒店附近交通還可以，公交，地鐵都方便。帶孩子來旅遊住一晚，小朋友對機器人很感興趣，沒太好意思讓機器人服務一次。

酒店的位置還挺好的 離市區很近 房間也很乾凈 服務很周到 有停車場 有充電樁 前台還有免費的咖啡喝～ 很愉快的一次住宿體驗！
