WOW! This hotel is stunning. We are two American friends traveling in China and wanted to book a one night relaxing, spa hotel as a break from the go go go of sightseeing in China. It was in such a cute spot, in a luxury outdoor complex (brand new) with a bunch of venues representing different countries with great food, coffee, dessert and gift shops. Would definitely go back. The free sound bath was such a treat, and the hyperbaric chamber was... interesting ha! Was a cool experience but not sure I'd do again, I just didnt notice any differences. All in all, great hotel!

Poor service。taxi could not get into the front of hotel. No security guy to open the gate - we have to wait for some worker to throw garbage and get her to open the boom gate for us - and need to work 150m to the entrance of hotel. At 8pm, only one staff working in the hotel.

I found this hotel by chance after learning that the one where I was originally wanting to book was sold out for my dates. I guess it was luck, because this place is so beautiful and calming. The pictures do not lie! I booked one of their top floor rooms, but I didn't realize that I would be navigating a short but steep step of winding stairs to access it. (Elevators are between the 1st and 2nd floor guest rooms only.) Even as a relatively able person, I still took my time going up and down the steps. The room itself is nothing short of amazing; in addition to the outdoor private tub on the patio, there's also a tea "alcove," and also a king-sized bed in a sparsely- but chicly furnished main room. It's a pity I stayed for only two days, and I didn't have the chance to explore their offerings of a sound bath, etc. The staff also brought up some kind of soup concoction on the first night, which was very kind! Breakfast is included, but guest have to go to the building across the path, and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. I tried only the Western breakfast; maybe the Chinese breakfast is more hearty. Tip #1: When ordering a DiDi or taxi, drop your pin at the hotel's precise location, and not just at the security check at the main entrance. From reading other reviews, I thought that cars not belonging to guest couldn't get in, so I ended up walking with heavy luggage to get to the entrance of the hotel. Fortunately, when I left, I was able to get the DiDi to the hotel parking lot. Tip #2: Staff possess varying degrees of English levels, but I'd still recommend this place if (like me) you don't speak any Chinese. Make sure to add WeChat and add the hotel's account as a friend; this is the fastest way to contact them during your stay. Staff and I communicated via this method, as well as interpretation apps (Google Translate on my end). Tip #3: Humble Administrator's Garden is about a 20-25 mn walk south. The closest "scenic area" is along the Grand Canal, which just over the wall north of the hotel. You'll likely need to take the bus (download Amap) and/or take a DiDi to get to different places.

This hotel is a real gem. The location is fantastic - very close to key tourist locations in Suzhou, plus transportation/pick up to and from tourist sites is provided. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and special shoutout to our driver who was really knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting local history and tips. My partner also really enjoyed the music therapy session which was very relaxing. What we loved the most was the atmosphere and interior decoration - if you’re looking for tranquility and immersing yourself in the beauty of traditional architecture/design from this region, this place definitely checks the box. It also has a private garden with very interesting shops, restaurants and cafes. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and look forward to staying here again in the future!

第一次入住這種療愈主題的酒店，各方面體驗來説絕對可以給到滿分。 首先酒店房間風格是有小巧思的，感覺是融合了侘寂風和新中式，但是既沒有侘寂風那麼素也沒有新中式那種老氣和繁複，總體住起來非常放鬆舒適，前台給我升級了個露台套房，是需要走一個旋轉樓梯單獨通上去的，儀式感滿滿的同時私隱也非常到位，這個房型有個大露台和浴缸，浴缸很大可以媲美私湯酒店的小温泉池，在冬天室外泡個澡幸福感拉滿。 酒店公區設計也是沿用了房間的風格，而且設定了很多可供客人入座的空間，比如設定了榻榻米茶桌還有一些懶人沙發，總體看起來非常舒適。 再來評價下療愈部分，入住會連帶送氧艙體驗、按摩機器床體驗，還有頌缽音療體驗。氧艙和機器床按摩挺新奇的，但是氧艙對於有耳鳴或者幽閉恐懼症的還是慎入，機器床的感覺和真人按摩很不一樣，也不同於商場的按摩椅，是類似於熱壓的感覺，做一套下來很舒緩。重點説下頌缽體驗，主理人丹丹老師很有經驗，不到一小時的課程能讓人體驗到深入和自己對話的感覺，和我同一批來體驗的不少都在課程中伴着頌缽聲快速入眠了，是一次非常棒的體驗。

酒店服務很貼心，軟件和硬件都不錯，環境超棒，住在園林裏的感覺，不愧是療愈酒店。前台小哥哥有求必應，服務到位。特別表揚酒店的兩位司機師傅，服務太貼心了，一路給我們講解蘇州特色，還提醒我們出門注意事項，真是很貼心～
