staffs were kind. some of old facilities were unusable. location was fine. it takes a few minute to surfers paradise and the beach as well.

the location was lovely and service was okay, the rooms were a little bit tired. The view from the balcony was fantastic so overall was fine

In desperate need of painting and upgrading Comfortable stay and great views. Could do with more permanent staff 24hours or security to manage disturbances. We had young people fighting, banging doors and yelling in room next to us which caused anxiety. A doona would be better than the blankets that were available. Was a good low budget stay, easy access to shops and very central location
