Was excellent for price

Hôtel charmant, situé entre les places de Pino Park et la Plaza de Armas, à l'écart de la circulation offrant un calme absolu pour les nuits. Accueil très charmant et bienveillant. Chambres agréables, propres, spacieuses, avec espace de rangement pour les bagages, et radiateur! Très bonne literie, avec couvertures bien chaudes. Salle de bain propre. Eau chaude. Sèche-cheveux disponible sur demande. Petit-déjeuner en buffet. On y retrouve les basiques (pain, oeufs, avocat, fromage, jus de fruits, café/thé/lait), et des pancakes. Petit bémol sur le manque de variation d'un jour à l'autre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de mes avantages fidélité appliqués à cette réservation.

房間很滿意，大小合適，設計合理，衞生間枱麪很大，早餐也還行，前台及廚房工作人員服務態度都很好，提供免費的熱水和礦泉水，退房當天前台的女士還幫我預訂了拉巴斯到烏尤尼的巴士票。很滿意的住宿。

酒店位置不錯，在女巫廣場附近，由於晚上才到酒店，下榻之後可以立即到旁邊參觀女巫的店。酒店旁邊有幾家Pizza店，又有一家以差利卓別靈作主題的漢堡包店。酒店的設施一般但是服務也算不錯。由於我第二天早上要趕飛機離開，店員幫我提早叫了的士來接我到飛機場。酒店在市中心比較嘈吵的地方，所以店員在我取房間的時候，問我要住近街道那一面還是比較遠的後面，過了晚上一點之後酒店就沒有那麼嘈吵了旁邊的強勁音樂聲開始消失。不過我只住一晚，而且只逗留了幾小時，也就覺得問題不大。

飯店位置很好在主廣場走路幾分鐘可以到達 附近很多餐廳還有旅行社 房間空間大且乾淨整潔 員工服務親切友善 食物好吃還有免費的飲用水

出門兩個多月，這是定到性價比最高的酒店。房間大，早餐好，位置好。前台兩個小女孩的服務超級好，幫我把玻利維亞的簽證都填好上傳，包括做行程表，掃描，打印，複印，忙了一個多小時，就衹收3.5索的複印掃描費。

物有所值，出行方便。

The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the center of Puno and its major attractions, restaurants, and bars! The staff was kind and friendly, offering helpful advice and suggestions. After check-out, I was allowed to use their relaxation area to work until my next bus. The room was truly spacious, with a generously sized bathroom. It was the first and only hotel with a radiator (very useful for drying clothes), a very comfortable bed, and a large wardrobe! The breakfast was excellent, especially with its variety.

Location was ideal close to the centre. Hotel is dated, dark corridoors, bit dingy. Room was ok, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom has bath with overhead shower . Water was slightly brown in colour when coming out of the taps.The rooms and hotel need modernising. Buffet style breakfast was ok , reasonable choice. Staff were pleasant but limited English

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff MADE this hotel. They were always so helpful and eager to help. They didn't speak much English, except the front desk staff but the restaurant and bellhop staff were so eager to help. I loved them. The breakfast was served and it had choices - including friend eggs. The room was very comfortable - especially the bed. The bathroom very clean with lots of hot water. I would stay here again.

Un trip de 10 jours au Pérou organisé par notre agence Deux nuits sur cet hôtel : très sympathique, accueillant et où la literie est parfaite. Les chambres sont spacieuses et salle de « bain » simple. Le petit déjeuner : un bravo pour les pancakes ! Délicieux et où on vous prépare à votre demande de succulentes omelettes ou brouillées ! Les dames sont adorables ! N’oubliez de saler avec la fameux sel ( bon pour la santé ) de la Saline de Maras .bref un petit dej avec des produits frais.

Hotel situado en el centro de Puno, se puede ir caminando a todos lados, muy cerca de cafeterías, restaurantes, pastelerías y resto de comercios, así como de sus principales plazas. Habitaciones modestas, baño con falta de reformar, pero por lo general limpios. El desayuno normalito, bastante justo. Atención personal aceptable. Mejores las habitaciones que dan a la calle de la fachada del hotel.

Quelqatani hotel это было настоящим спасением. Мы ехали сюда из Арекипе и по дороге из 30 градусной жары нас настигла пурга и резкое похолодание аж до -5. Такой перепад был резким, шёл снег. Мы резко в автобусе переодевали вместо купальников куртки и дико замёрзли. Отель подготовлен к такой температуре. В номере было тепло. А внизу стояли кислородные баллоны, так как Пуна это высокогрный город. Мы провели здесь совсем немного времени, но были окружены заботой и вниманием. Здесь очень спокойно, просторные номера, отлично работающий вай фай и вкусные завтраки.

Las instalaciones, atención del personal y en general, todo fue espectacular. 100% recomendado. Fue una grata experiencia para mi familia, un grupo de 7 personas que quiso conocer las maravillas de Perú. A todo el staff, una felicitación enorme. Quedamos muy, muy contentos y satisfechos.
