Es ist wirklich ein klischeehaftes Hotel. Ich habe 135 SGD für einen Tag gebucht. Als ich im Hotel ankam, war die Ware falsch. Sie gaben mir ein sehr altes Zimmer und baten mich um ein Upgrade auf 55 SGD für einen Tag. Sie sagten auch, dass sie es getan hätten Nachmittagstee und Frühstück. Ich wollte es einfach nicht. Ich habe Frühstück ohne Frühstück gebucht, konnte aber nicht anders. Das Frühstück und der Nachmittagstee waren gut. Als ich eincheckte, war der Service der Rezeptionistin jedoch sehr schlecht. Ich bin immer noch Marriott-Mitglied. Sie sagte, dass ich nicht bei Marriott, sondern bei einem Reisebüro gebucht hätte, und warf mir einen leeren Blick zu. „Wirklich, am Ende habe ich 55 für einen Tag gegeben. Ich wollte das Hotel wechseln.“ Am nächsten Tag. Ich habe nicht verstanden, warum niemand eine negative Bewertung über das Hotel abgegeben hat. Der Service war wirklich schlecht!

24 hours fitness center is a big plus. Room are good and sanitised. Is just many mirrors.

I originally booked one of the renovated rooms and there is a bit of fiasco in the first day when I came back to the room it just reeked of raw sewage, almost like a pipe it exploded, and I immediately called housekeeping who sprayed but said that they would move me to a different suite which is the one in the photos. This is one of the more expensive suites and it’s basic and similar in comparison to the renovated suite. However, renovated suite looks like it was renovated back in 1990s as the other suite was much nicer and more modern Overall, the service was fantastic. The food in the breakfast was delicious. The pool is nice. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you wanna go out to different sites or if you just wanna cruise the mall or do some quick shopping 

Hotel is grand and room is big and spacious.  Staff are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again

Everything wonderful and I had a great stay. Would be even better if there’s a dehumidifier in room.

Great location for foodies. Hotel is linked to very huge shopping mall with plethora of restaurants and cafes serving myriad of good food at very reasonable prices. Also lots of shops selling wide variety of items

Was suggested to upgrade to junior suite by a very pleasant lady at the front desk. I decided to go ahead with the suggestion, which was so worth it . The junior suite grants access to the executive lounge. Upon reaching there , I was served by an extremely welcoming , warm and friendly chef name Alfred. He takes the time to really introduce the dishes with so much passion and warmth . He ensure that I was well taken care of. Had an extremely pleasant time at Sheraton thanks to him. His service is one of the reason which makes Sheraton the top choice for subsequent stays whenever in Surabaya ( not to mention the delicious Rawon that both the executive lounge and lobby restaurant serve) The other staff at the hotel are really friendly , always greeting customers with a smile. The amenities provided at the hotel are really sufficient too

Booked this hotel for a short family staycation in last minutes, but none of the staff inform us on the gardening project that caused children pool unavailable during my stay period.

Very accessible to hotel as its linked. Friendly customer service. Only the massage and spa ambience could be better. The music was too loud and the vibes didnt feel cosy at all.

Location is very good - one of the best services I encountered in the different hotels. All the staffs ready make a point to serve with their best and have the guests interests as their top priority. I would recommend Sheraton to anyone who wants to relax in the hotel. The only flip side is that the swimming pool is situated quite a distance near the breakfast area.

Sheraton Surabaya is conveniently located right next to the 2nd largest shopping mall in Indonesia. So for travellers who are not keen to travel too far or trapped in the traffic, this would be the best choice for you!! Was a tad disappointed that our sleep got disturbed by the renovation in the morning. Really hope the hotel management could pay more attention to that. Otherwise, a great hotel that we will return to again.
