immer wieder ein nettes Hotel(wenn nicht ausgebucht) für eine Transfernacht in Medan. Ein paar Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, überall in der Nähe sauber... Der Service ist wirklich gut, das Personal ist freundlich. Wir können um 13 Uhr einchecken, da das Zimmer bereits verfügbar ist. Der einzige Hinweis ist, dass der Warmwasserbereiter nicht stabil ist. Der Rest dieses Hotels ist wirklich in Ordnung. Ich möchte wieder hier übernachten, wenn es Bandung gibt.

Ich war begeistert von diesem makellos sauberen, komfortablen und modernen Hotel mit kostenlosem Shuttle zum Flughafen und einem sehr komfortablen Swimmingpool.

Alles war superbbbb!!! Ich liebe das Zimmer. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr zufriedenstellend!

Good hotel but pool was shut and the treadmill in gym didn’t work but the bed was comfy

The hotel was beautiful and the employees were very accommodating. Me and my fiance stayed there a week and we loved it. The room service was prompt and the food was excellent! I'd definitely stay there again.

appreciate Hotel do provide shuttle service. upon check in, requested hair dryer, it was deliver to my room in less than 15mins time.

Good location close to the airport with free shuttle at 2 hourly intervals. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Theres not too much around the area but there are a couple of decent places to eat within walking distance .

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is about 10 minutes from Kuala Namu airport and airport drop off is provided free of charge at scheduled times

Location is great for me in that its only 7 mins by car to the airport. Medan downtown is about 30 minutes away through challenging traffic. The service staff were excellent all round. Amenities, rooms and public areas were clean. The swimming pool water did look a bit cloudy although the bottom of the pool is visible from overhead. I did not swim though. Complimentary tea bags should include English breakfast or black tea. Small niggle but it takes on greater significance if you stay in the area long enough to miss strong tea because almost all restaurants serves very weak tea. Breakfast offering especially the local cuisines could be better - at least for me. The tea was really weak ( read above); there was only one choice of plain white sandwich loaf. No butter, although vegetable oil-based margarine was offerred. The danish pastry were stiff and cloy but I guess I need to manage my expectations as this cuisine is not indigeneous. But if a simple improvement could be done, I believe this hotel will draw more satisfaction from (foreign) guests. Good work!

I booking NON SMOKING ROOM, but they offer me SMOKING ROOM????? They said no more NON SMOKING ROOM!!! bed is comfortable but a flyer 🪰 inside??? OMG!! then bath MAT so dirty!!! I was complain and they are not good response!!!
