The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained. A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further. One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Great service and friendly staff. Arrived early at 10am but staff try to arrange a room for us to check in at 12pm. Room is clean and comfortable. Our room is located on level 12 facing the main road which has pretty good view. Hotel is build together with the mall so easy to access to shopping and lots of dining choices. Will strongly recommend.

I really like this hotel. The room is clean, the location is good, convenient, easy to find food. Breakfast is very good. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay again.

Service is excellent. facilities are also very nice. I can hear the sound of door closing from the adjacent rooms and people speaking in the hallway, from my room.

Main thing we love about this hotel is the breakfast. It's so extensive and filling. The room is quite large, but could be cleaner. It seems that aside from the bed, the remaining area is not cleaned thoroughly, for example the side desk, the corner of table etc.

Location is great. Right on top of a huge shopping mall with full of foods and stores. Staffs are really friendly and helpful when asking for mall directions. Room is always kept clean. And surprised to get 5 pcs of laundry per day. Great experience!
