A good place to stay

So happy for how Hotel Sogo Pasay is so accommodating for my family. I was kind of worried since I had a bad experience in Hotel Sogo Malate. Overall im super satisfied with their service. My mother was so happy. Thank you for making her stay easy, enjoyable, and safe. The best! 😍

I stayed at Hotel Sogo Wood Street in August 2025 for a short layover, chosen for its proximity to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (just 1.2 miles away). The location is ideal for travelers needing a quick stop near the airport. Check-in was a bit slow, which was frustrating after a long flight. The lack of an elevator to the second-floor Deluxe room was a major hassle, especially with heavy luggage. The narrow metal stairs were difficult to navigate and felt unsafe. The Deluxe room was spacious and clean, with a decent bed, fresh-smelling sheets, pillows, and towels. The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated the provided toiletries and two bottles of drinking water. Free Wi-Fi worked well, but the TV was old and kept disconnecting from the internet, which was annoying. The air conditioning was a mixed bag—it cooled the room but was positioned on the left wall by the bed, blowing cold air directly on my head. I had to sleep with my head on the footboard to avoid getting a headache. The toilet also had a flushing issue, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option with a great location for airport travelers, but the lack of an elevator, toilet issues, and poorly placed aircon detracted from the experience. I’d rate it 6.0/10—good for a cheap, short stay, but not ideal if you have heavy luggage or need reliable amenities. I’d consider returning for a quick layover but would hope for fixes to these issues.

We had a good experienced and its even our first time to stay in your hotel, all the staffs are accomodating and they have presence of mind according to their job and they are generous. The room is clean and organized.  Thank you! Hope to see you again…  👍

Good place to sta

I booked here with my mom to get some rest after coming from our 3 am flight from Vietnam. The room is okay, clean toilet. However, the lights are too dim for me and the mattress isn't really good. It shrinks just by sitting on it. The room was too cold for us at 16°C then we turned it off 😁 We ordered their crab and corn chowder and grilled ham cheese and it's quite cheap. The soup can feed up to 3 people for the price of only 100+ pesos. It's a good soup, we really liked it and they served really hot. It's sulit for the price. PS: We have tried sogo before in Cebu and it was surprisingly well-cleaned room and the lightings are good too. Maybe you could do better at your Pasay branch.

Normally always love the Sogos but this one was a bit disappointing, normally they always do 24 hours from arrival but here they wanted extra money for check in which was a bit annoying. It done the job as always though, near airport

So clean so good I like this sogo cause the Aircon is not noisy it's good to stay here,I booked online by trip so no hassle you don't need to fall in line 🥰

The place was so cozy and good for couples. However, during our stay, there were a few mosquitoes in our executive room. I suggest they should clean the room thoroughly so that the customer will have a good experience. So far, I would recommend this.
