Premier Inn Stockton-on-Tees (Preston Farm)

This is a Premier Inn and you get what you usual get with the brand. Clean and comfortable. Nice pub food next door. Convenient location just off the A66. Friendly and helpful staff.

I arrived late evening (around 10pm). Sam gave me a very warm welcome and was very helpful. Showed me where the decaff coffee and extra milk was. Room very clean and bed was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast in the morning..stayed for 2 nights.

Back again to this hotel. Stayed a couple of times before, the first time being in 2021. The stay was for a bit of quality time out with the family that was easy to arrange and without having to spend a fortune. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well equipped with friendly staff. The lack of air con wasn't an issue as the temperatures were down anyway, but can make for a detraction from 100% comfort at night during warmer weather. We knew there was no air con and it is made clear on the website. Always stay in Premiers for a short break and our experiences in this particular hotel are at the top of all of the Premiers we've stayed in.

I stayed here for two nights in late May. I was impressed with the staff on reception who were friendly and happy to have a chat. The room itself was excellent and really excellent value (I have stayed in inferior Premier Inns at double the price). Internet worked ok (no need to upgrade to the 'ultimate' - which should come as standard anyway!) I had breakfast on one morning and the food was decent enough, although the service a little lacklustre with no 'Good morning' or smiley face on offer! Convenient, but not great value. The hotel is very easy to find and I had no problems car parking. All in all, I would definitely stay here again but would probably skip breakfast.

We booked this hotel to stay at after we had been to see Take That at the Riverside. Lovely hotel, easy to find and only about 6 miles away from where we needed to be. (The taxi service we used were fantastic too Royal Cars). Our room was lovely and clean Nd much bigger than I expected. The bed was so so comfy and I had the best night's sleep once we got back. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Standard Premier Inn offer topped off by a incredibly warm and friendly welcome by Charlotte. So much better than the standard customer welcome! Great to be introduced by a real, smiling person rather than an android. Ably supported by Sam.

Easy to find. On site parking close and lots of spaces. Staff very friendly and really wanted to help us. On site place to eat with a soft play for the kids. Rooms were hot but a fan was provided. Clean and comfy! Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are well maintained & clean, staff are very polite, friendly & helpful especially Tory on the front desk

Tory on reception was excellent. Very welcoming. Staff are all friendly. Room was clean and well presented. Food was great. Breakfast staff were very friendly and it was overall relaxed experience. I've been there a few times while working in the area and will go back again.
