Es ist sehr gut geeignet, um Kinder zum Spielen mitzunehmen. Das Hotel bietet All-Inclusive, inklusive Eintrittskarten für den Themenpark. Milchshakes, Eis, Tee und Softdrinks können jederzeit im Hotel bestellt werden. Es gibt kostenlose PS-Spielekonsolen. Nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt wechselte das Abendessen täglich und die Bewirtung war immer noch sehr aufmerksam. Beim Schlafen war es nachts etwas laut und das Zimmer war generell schallisoliert. Aber insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Winter sehr gut.

Ein chics Hotel, gut, freundlich und aufmerksames Personal. Bei der Buchung wurden sie gebeten, das Sofa für eine dritte Person zu stellen. Wenn sie sich niedergelassen haben, haben sie nicht, aber sie bereiteten ein Schlafzimmer für eine Stunde vor. Es gab auch zwei Kleider und zwei Paare von Slips. Führen Sie das Personal bitten, alle auf einmal zu melden - Ja. Wir kamen früh, um 10 Uhr, obwohl die Unterkunft mit 14-00 nicht verfügbar war. Unser Aufenthalt letztes Wochenende hat uns sehr gefallen. Obwohl das Gebäude schon etwas älter ist, wurde es sehr erfolgreich renoviert. Sowohl die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels als auch die Zimmer waren ausgesprochen sauber, was für uns ohnehin von großer Bedeutung ist. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war hervorragend. Die servierten Gerichte, Vorspeisen und Desserts waren frisch und mit großer Sorgfalt zubereitet, sodass jede Mahlzeit ein wahrer Genuss war. Die Hauptgerichte, die wir uns vom Buffet aussuchten, wurden vom Küchenpersonal sorgfältig zubereitet und ansprechend auf Tellern angerichtet, wodurch wir uns wie in einem À-la-carte-Restaurant fühlten. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an den Pita-Bäcker – die Pitas und Backwaren waren einfach köstlich. Wir waren auch von der Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals begeistert. Bei jeglichen Anliegen oder Fragen standen sie uns stets hilfreich zur Seite, und wir haben nie eine negative Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Musikauswahl am Pool war ausgezeichnet. Besonders gut gefielen uns die Rock-Klassiker der 70er, 80er und 90er Jahre. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Xanadu überaus zufrieden und planen auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Ein wundervoller Ort! Jeden Tag Starbucks und die Veranstaltungen um 21:30 Uhr sind beeindruckend. Meine Freundin und ich haben hier zu zweit eine fantastische Urlaubswoche verbracht. Besonders das Personal ist super. Falls die Entfernung zum Meer Sorge bereitet: Das ist kein Problem! Ich war anfangs auch besorgt, aber die Hotel-Shuttles, die alle 30 Minuten fahren, sind genial gelöst! Wir konnten auch das À-la-carte-Restaurant des Hotels besuchen (kostenlos ab 5 Übernachtungen). Das Essen war von hervorragender Qualität! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

Wir waren Ende November, die Leute im Hotel sind ein wenig sehr komfortabel. Personal wie Bienen, versuchen. Es ist nicht sehr groß, aber es ist für das Beste, es ist sehr lecker. Empfohlen)

Отель нравится, отдыхала с детьми второй раз. Сервис на уровне. Еда вкусная. Нет горок в бассейне для детей, хотя раньше они были. Но зато есть безлимитный доступ в парк развлечений. Жаль, что была возможность забронировать номер через приложение только на троих взрослых и за детей пришлось доплачивать на месте. В целом отдых удался, спасибо персоналу!
