Ein wunderbares Hotel, meine Familie und ich sind begeistert! Angefangen vom Service und dem Komfort der Zimmer, das Hotel ist groß, stilvoll und überall sauber. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind immer bereit, bei allen Fragen zu helfen! Das Hotel arbeitet nach dem ”Ultra All-Inclusive”-Konzept. Das Essen ist fantastisch, eine riesige Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen (ich war nicht zum ersten Mal in der Türkei und habe schon schlechtere Hotels erlebt!). Es gibt viele Bars und À-la-carte-Restaurants (diese sind kostenpflichtig). Mir hat besonders das Illy-Café auf dem Hotelgelände gefallen 👌🏼 Der Strand hat uns gut gefallen, der Abstieg ist zwar steil, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt einen Pier, von dem aus wir immer gebadet haben. Es gibt viele Liegen, immer freie Plätze! Das gesamte Personal ist bemüht, die Gäste zufriedenzustellen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Themenpartys, sie waren wunderbar und für alle interessant! Das Hotel ist sehr schön, überall Pflanzen, alles ist gepflegt, viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Wasserrutschen für Jung und Alt! Das Hotel ist sein Geld wert, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Ich kann es definitiv empfehlen und werde es meinen Freunden und Bekannten vorschlagen 🤩👌🏼

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Reinigungsmöglichkeiten Personal super. Das Hotel ist auf einen großen Raum verbreitet, und Sie nehmen oft keine Gefühle der Öffentlichkeit. Das Problem der Suspendierung ist Essen usw. Kein Essen. Die Diversität der Essen ist sehr gut. Die Hammerarbeit ist süß, kalte Öle sind alle großartig. Aktivitäten Spaß ist sehr gut. Sie sollten lieber einen schönen Urlaub machen.

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно.

Excellent all round. Staff all go the extra mile. Great location on a not so great beach but the amenities make up for it. Look out for Mehmet in the restaurant and Ongur at the concierge desk. Both brilliant.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Das Hotel war insgesamt ausgezeichnet, mit perfekt gepflegten Anlagen und einem riesigen Pool mit mehreren Bereichen, der viele Möglichkeiten bot, den Tag zu genießen. Wir begannen in der Coconut Suite, die wunderschön und geräumig war. Der Service war freundlich und effizient. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit meiner Frau und den jüngeren Kindern. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Отель приятно впечатлил. Чистый номер со свежим ремонтом в 7 корпусе. Безалкогольный минибар пополняется ежедневно. Приветственная литровая бутылка красного сухого турецкого вина в номере. Ночью тишина, так как все активности находятся в отдалении от номеров. Алкогольные напитки - пиво Ефес, приятное красное, белое и розовое вино. Крепкий алкоголь был, но не пробовали. 2 стола для настольного тенниса и теннисный корт - бесплатно. Живописный пивной бар на берегу озера с уютными беседками. Пляж широкий, лежаков много - хватает всем. Мороженое всегда в доступе. Хорошая кофейня-кондитерская на этаже под лобби. Горки в аквапарке: рекомендую оранжевую узкую и дракона, с которого нужно катиться на ватрушке. Лёгкий адреналин, но не страшно.
