the good : the hotel staffs are great and kind people ,always smiling and try to help. we had some issue with room cleanness upon check in that they helped quickly. the room was good, and spacious . good view to the sea . has hot spring and pools that nobody used during our visit. the bad : the hotel does not have any entrance , guest must go to basement parking and then take elevator to lobby. although hotel tried to provide golf car to transfer guests up and down but it was very uneasy and very big downside in my mind. because it has some water games inside hotel so there are many kids, so dont expect resort style hotel. its for families with kids and it can be noisy all day.

Excellent hotel, I had a very positive experience! I would especially like to highlight a staff member named Umar — he is very friendly, attentive, and caring. He always asks about your day and how you are feeling, and genuinely tries to help. This kind of service is rare. I have stayed in more than 15 hotels in China, and this was the first hotel where someone clearly explained which halal food I could eat. This was very important to me and truly appreciated. If you are choosing a hotel, I highly recommend this one. They really care about their guests, and thanks to people like Umar, you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Ich bin dem Hotel sehr dankbar, dass es mir geholfen hat, die Zimmerkategorie kostenlos aufzuwerten, aber das aufgewertete Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Auf dem Sofa und dem Tisch lagen Haare vom Vorgänger. Ich schlage vor, dass das Hotel aufräumt und ein paar Snacks hinzufügt. Außerdem liegt das Hotel sehr abgelegen und es ist schwierig, ein Taxi zu bekommen. Die örtlichen Taxis sind nicht bereit, Fahrgäste dorthin zu befördern, und die Fahrer, die die Aufträge entgegennehmen, haben eine sehr schlechte Einstellung. Ich schlage vor, dass das Hotel über Transportfahrzeuge nachdenkt, da die Lage zu abgelegen ist. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett. Wenn Sie sich entspannen und ausruhen möchten, können Sie dieses Hotel wählen, wenn Sie jedoch zum Vergnügen ausgehen, kann ich dieses Hotel dringend nicht empfehlen. Es ist schwierig, ein Taxi zu bekommen, und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel vor Ort sind nicht sehr praktisch.

Elegant facilites and very kind staff, from door reception to restaurant. Rooms are quite and well equipped. we had dinner at teppanyaki restaurant: great selection of ingredients, masterfully used by chef, preciously served by staff. the view from 29th floor is also a plus.

Dieses Hotel ist schön im Gebäude und in der Lage. Hot Springs, gute Größe Schwimmbad mit Spielzeug und Floaters für Kinder. Frühstück war geschmackvoll und verschieden. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Restaurant aa ist wegen der niedrigen Saison geschlossen, aber das Restaurant a la carte war ein großer Schlag mit der ganzen Familie. Nur wenige Kilometer von Shenxianju Scenic und großen lokalen Restaurants entfernt. Die Serice ist großartig, die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und bemühen sich, um Ihnen einen komfortablen,.angenehmen Erfahrung zu machen. Das einzige, was ich nächstes Mal tun würde, ist ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Lobby,.besonders wenn mit Großeltern reisen, da einige Zimmer ganz einen Spaziergang von allen Servicepunkten sein können.

Wir blieben im Hotel nach dem Typen, um unsere Kinder im Spielzimmer spielen zu lassen. Nichts anderes funktionierte wegen des Typens, aber wir waren bereit und verstanden. Die Leute, die im Hotel arbeiten, haben uns sehr gut behandelt, alles war sauber und angenehm.

The hotel is located right across the street from the 5AAAAA tourist location Guoqing Temple. It follows the flow of the environment and has a very Zen theme and feel. The room is relaxing and it would be good if the toilet has an option for brighter lights. The water pressure is good with a consistent hot shower We checked in late in the evening and it was actually quite chilly when we checked in. So it was a very pleasant surprise for the hotel to have 2 flasks of the Chinese porridge (slightly sweet) warm and waiting. The morning complimentary breakfast was great with a good spread; some western type of breakfast and some chinese breakfast and ample choice for vegetarians. We went on a complimentary tour of Guoqing Si guided by a staff of the hotel who provided clear explanation of the temple. If the hotel has a big hall that can be rented for group events / gatherings that would be superb. All in we had a great experience

Fantastic rooms, modern, with a large TV, comfy bed, spacious, good views and excellent controls of lights and curtains . The staff has been very helpful upgrading me and trying to help. Thank you Tina at the reception from your kind help. The gym is small but ok for simple workouts. There is a cable machine which is already great, some decent weights and plenty of cardio equipment. There is also a very good laundry room. Breakfast: is basic but ok What is really missing is a restaurant, you can order in but options are limited in Linhai. You have KFC and Mc Donald’s across the road if you need to.

The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the entrance of Shenxianju Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the mountain view from the window was truly beautiful — a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. During my stay, I was not feeling very well. The hotel staff were extremely kind and caring — they even provided us with anti-inflammatory medicine, and Mr. Ye personally drove my wife out to buy additional medicine for me. I was truly touched by their kindness and genuine hospitality. Overall, everything from the location and environment to the service was excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Shenxianju.

Nice hotel, but they must be able to communicate in english. Nobody could speak some words in english at all ! Not acceptable for this hotel classe !
