✨ A hidden gem in Taizhou: Fuchen Yin 府城隐 What makes this hotel truly special is its incredible story — a beautiful transformation from an old 财神庙 (temple of the God of Wealth, so yes… extra good fortune vibes 😉) and a historic printing factory into a serene luxury retreat. Tucked away in a quiet residential alley and accessible by buggy, the hotel feels like a secret escape from the busy world. The moment you step inside, you feel a sense of calm. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with generous spaces to unwind, relax, and simply enjoy the moment. My favourite corners? The library, where I spent time getting lost among the books, and the piano area, where I happily played a few tunes. These little details made the stay feel more like a home away from home rather than just a hotel. The breakfast was an absolute highlight — a celebration of Taizhou’s local flavours. I loved discovering so many regional specialties: 🍵 青草糊 — a refreshing grass jelly dessert with a wonderful touch of peppermint that made it even more refreshing 🍜 姜汤面 and 芋头面 — comforting local noodle dishes 🍰 三色糕 🍚 乌饭麻糍 (with red bean filling) 🥟 扁食 …and so many more delicious local treats that I wish I had a bigger stomach! They even helped me buy the famous 海苔饼 — the whole reason I came to Taizhou — and it arrived piping hot. Truly the kind of thoughtful service that makes a trip memorable. The hotel facilities are exceptional. From the beautifully designed spaces to the thoughtful amenities, everything has been carefully considered. The bed deserves a special mention — probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. They also provide turndown service, luxurious toiletries, and a complimentary minibar (which, by the way, included local rice wine 🍶 — just saying 😉). A huge thank you to every member of the Fuchen Yin team for making my stay so warm and memorable. The combination of history, design, local culture, incredible food, and heartfelt hospitality makes this one of the most unique stays I’ve experienced. Definitely a place I would love to return to. 🤍

Das Hotel ist auf der alten Straße von Liu, sehr gut gefunden und es ist bequem zu parken. Die Hoteldekoration ist ein sehr ausgezeichneter japanischer Stil, die Parklandschaft ist sehr konzipiert und kann auf dem Sofa sitzen und lange nicht verlassen. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Es gibt jeden Tag gute Nacht zu trinken und Früchte. Das Wasser im Zimmer ist in einem Gewächsberg, das Wasser ist in einem Gewächsberg, die Betreuer Xiao Xiaogang und andere Servicepersonal sind enthusiastisch und aufmerksam. Das Hotel Frühstück ist in China und West ausgewählt. Mit dem Herzen und dem Geschmack ist auch sehr gut, sehr gut! Hoffentlich gibt es eine weitere Gelegenheit zu reisen!

I am very satisfied with this stay! The location of the hotel is convenient, Xiao Zhang at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and check-in is super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. The bathroom facilities are new, the hot water is sufficient, and the bath is super comfortable. There are many kinds of breakfast, and the noodles are especially delicious. Cost-effective, this price can stay in such a hotel is too worth it! When checking out, Xiao Zhang specially asked about the feeling of staying, helped to call a car and reminded him to take his belongings with him. I am very touched by such meticulous service! Home Inn's high cost performance and excellent staff like Xiao Zhang make simple accommodation a warm experience. I will choose this place for business trips in the future and recommend it to my friends!

Elegant facilites and very kind staff, from door reception to restaurant. Rooms are quite and well equipped. we had dinner at teppanyaki restaurant: great selection of ingredients, masterfully used by chef, preciously served by staff. the view from 29th floor is also a plus.

酒店位置很不錯，停車特別方便，院子車位充足，開車過來完全不用擔心找不到位置。周邊吃飯選擇超多，各種小吃、餐館很近，宵夜早餐都很便利。房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜舒服，沒有嘈雜噪音。床品住着很放鬆，整體性價比很高，出行吃飯都省心，下次過來還會選擇入住，非常推薦！

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe der Nordtür des Whoao-Stadt-Stadts, auch sehr nahe der Stadt Alaea, kann man sehen und bequem reisen. Die Gästezimmer hygienisch sind und die Betten sind komfortabel, mit einem kleinen Kindergarten, etwas niedrig. Der Unterhaltungsgarten ist etwas klein. Die Warmwasserbereitung ist sehr sauber, sehr groß, aber die Warmwasserbereitung öffnet sich bei wenigen Leuten, das ist nicht gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, das Gesamtpreisverhältnis ist gut und es lohnt sich.

We expected more facilities for the children, the play area itself was quite big but some things were not working or taken out, like there is a space where kids supposed to dress up but all the shelves were empty. Also some doctors bag to role play were locked so you couldn’t open them. Also the small supermarket just had 4 vegetables and 2 shopping carts. This is a missed opportunity for the hotel and disappointing for us. When we arrived in the room there were some left over noodles in the bathroom sink. Otherwise the room was good, one thing that wasn’t great was sound insulation, we could hear people in the corridor talking very clearly when we were in bed. The breakfast was ok, not as good as i expected, and it was super crowded due to Chinese new year.

Es fühlt sich an, als gäbe es überhaupt keine kühle Luft. Menschen, die Angst vor Hitze haben, sollten hier nicht übernachten Dann sagten sie, es gäbe einen Abholservice vom Bahnhof Taizhou zum Hotel. Bevor wir am Bahnhof abgesetzt wurden, fragten wir die Dame an der Rezeption, ob wir einen Termin für den Abholservice am Abend vereinbaren könnten. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es in jedem Zimmer nur eine Uhrzeit gäbe. Warum steht dann auf Ihrer Detailseite zum kostenlosen Service „Hin- und Rückfahrt“? Dass der Service nicht erbracht wurde, kann ich nachvollziehen, da wir erst um 22 Uhr zum Bahnhof Taizhou zurückgekehrt sind. Aber warum sollten Sie uns zu Beginn klar darüber informieren, dass Sie einen Hin- und Rückflugservice anbieten, uns aber täuschen, dass dieser Service nur einmalig ist? Wenn die Rezeption den Service nicht versteht und eine falsche Antwort gibt, wäre das unprofessionell.

Just a best hotel in Yuhuan, quite old but all of the amenities are still good enough. Recommended.

The hotel is good enough if you want something affordable but also near the airport. We booked a family suite for 3 people so it was quite spacious, but the aircon wasn't working well at first. We had to call the hotel's staff twice to help us fix it or arrange it. The hotel itself is quite old, there's not much guests in it. The elevator at the time we went was not working well, we had to take the stairs which smelled old and dirty, and also had to report to the hotel staff to speed up the maintenance. We had working elevator in a couple minutes later, but it was rushed and was only newly set up, so the floor was uneven. The hotel smelled old and smelled like cigarettes. The staff was mediocre. They did gave us an extra fan in case we still feel hot, since the aircon took time to cool up.
