這次出行選擇入住這家酒店，整體體驗遠超預期，全程舒心又安心，最讓我印象深刻、必須重點表揚的就是酒店前廳前台部門的全體工作人員。一路走來旅途奔波疲憊，但是踏入酒店大堂的那一刻，温暖貼心的服務瞬間治癒了所有疲憊，整體入住體驗因為前廳優質的服務直接拉滿，真心給出滿分五星好評。 剛抵達酒店時，前廳工作人員主動上前禮貌問候，待人熱情真誠、舉止温柔大方，沒有絲毫敷衍和冷漠。辦理入住的整個流程高效又迅速，操作專業熟練，核對訊息、辦理手續有條不紊，全程幾乎沒有等待，極大節省了出行的寶貴時間。在辦理入住的過程中，工作人員特別細心，沒有機械式的程序化服務，而是耐心細緻地為我們講解入住須知。主動告知了早餐時段、餐廳位置、電梯樓層、免費熱水、自助設施等基礎訊息，同時貼心提醒了周邊交通路線、停車注意事項以及夜間出行的小細節，考慮得面面俱到，非常貼心。 入住全程，前廳團隊的服務態度始終在線，穩定性特別好。不管是白天還是晚上前來諮詢問題，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都保持着耐心、温柔、專業的服務狀態。我們入住期間多次諮詢房間設施使用、行李寄存、延時退房、周邊遊玩攻略、外賣收取等各類問題，工作人員都一一細緻解答，有疑問及時迴應，有需求及時協助，響應速度非常快，溝通起來輕鬆又順暢，完全沒有不耐煩、敷衍應付的情況。 行李寄存服務也做得非常細緻規範，登記清晰、存放整齊，存取便捷，讓人特別放心。遇到臨時需要協調的小問題，前廳工作人員也積極幫忙溝通處理，態度誠懇認真負責，盡力為客人解決問題，處處體現出極強的服務意識和職業素養。 前廳整體的工作氛圍特別好，所有工作人員精神面貌飽滿，禮儀規範、談吐得體，團隊整體專業度很高。大堂環境乾淨整潔明亮舒適，服務秩序井然，給人一種高端、舒心安心的入住氛圍。不同於很多酒店機械化的流水線服務，這家酒店的前廳服務是真正的用心服務，真誠、温暖、有温度，細節之處盡顯貼心，一家酒店的服務核心就在於前廳前台，作為客人接觸的第一個窗口，這裏的服務直接決定了入住的整體體驗。這家酒店的前廳團隊用專業、高效、温柔、細緻的服務，讓每一位住客都能感受到滿滿的誠意與被尊重的體驗，讓人賓至如歸，此次入住體驗非常完美，特別感謝前廳部全體工作人員的用心付出，優質的服務良好的素養貼心的細節，值得大力推薦！下次再來本地出行，遊玩出差，一定會優先鎖定這家酒店，也真誠推薦給各位出行的朋友！ 我還寄存了鴨子也幫我保管的好好的嘿嘿😁房間特別出片

Nachmittag des Monats mit Ihren Liebhabern eine Reise mit dem Gehen beginnen, das Hebei Tehe Fuego zum großen Hotel auswählen. Das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel hat am Wochenende 428 Yuan (ein früher, ein warmer Testschein) und der Preis ist beweglich, es ist wirklich Peking, Geld zu verdienen. Die Einrichtungen im Hotelzimmer sind komplett, groß und hell, zwei große Betten sind groß und komfortabel. Und mit Tee, Gastfreundschaft und noch bewegender. Zugleich verfügt das Hotel über einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen warmen Urlaubsraum (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß), ein wirklich gutes Hotel. Insgesamt ist ein besonders empfohlenes fünf-Sterne-Hotel, außer dem Frühstück, es ist kaum etwas anderes passiert.

Eine sehr zufriedenstellende Reise! Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an Peking. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich und hygienisch. Der Service war auch ausgezeichnet. Während der Maifeiertage gab es täglich viele unterhaltsame Aktivitäten für Familien. Auch die Thermalquellen waren sehr angenehm.

In principle ok to stay, but after seeing the wc at the lobby, quite dirty, specially after closing the door… The breakfast seems to be good, but I am not eating, just having morning coffee and the coffee was just ok. And long waiting at the coffee machine, because there is just one. Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour and didn’t sleep well due to that, but the bed was comfortable

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
