4-Sterne-Hotels in Washington D.C.

Booked a weekend stay for a wedding that was held at the Wharf location of DC. Hotel was nice, room size was decent, hotel was clean and professional. Prices for daily parking were a little extreme $59/day. Didn’t have much of a choice to park elsewhere so we left the car at the hotel and utilized Uber to get to and from the hotel to the Pendry at the Wharf. Oh yea hot showers makes the smoke detector go off but other then those two issues this was a great stay for weekend, especially with it being the 4th of July weekend !

The hotel was conveniently located near many Washington, D.C. landmarks. The staff were all extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful. Rooms were in very good condition and housekeeping kept the room refreshed every day. I needed to arrange for a late check-out and I was accommodated with no problem. I highly recommend.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig, der Halle ist atmosphärisch, das Restaurant unterhalb der Unterkunft ist bequem, dass der Rezeptiondienst verbessert werden muss, nicht sehr höflich.

I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

Sie haben uns ein behindertes Zimmer ohne uns bei der Eincheckung informiert. Da die Zimmer alle erforderlichen Einrichtungen wie Handschienen etc. hatten, fällt auch die Matratze besonders auf der linken Seite nicht die Marriott-Standard. Wir hatten das Zimmer für 4 Pax vorbezahlt, aber nur 3 Pax Badehandtücher, beantragen Sie die 4. Pax Badehandtücher nach der Eincheckung, müssen Sie nach der Nacht, nachdem wir zurückgekommen sind für die Dusche wieder beantragen. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation.

Die Gästezimmer sind sehr geräumig. Lage ist groß: Spaziergang nach Georgetown und fünf Minuten zum DuPont Circle Red Line Station. Einchecken und Auschecken waren schnell. Die Fitnesscenterausstattung wurde während meines Besuchs aktualisiert. Der Pool war jedoch für die Dauer geschlossen. Das Personal war freundlich. Der Drucker-Toner des Geschäftszentrums musste ersetzt werden, aber es war nicht während meines Besuchs, aber das Front Desk Personal half mir beim Drucken. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal ist nett, aber manchmal zu beschäftigt und kann alles, wie Papierbecher für die Kaffeemaschine, vergessen. In der Regel sehr gut wertvolles Hotel.

O hotel é histórico e muito charmoso, o quarto é confortável e eles disponibilizam ”complementary coffe” pela manhã, com café, leite e chá apenas, acho que deveria ser 24h pelo valor cobrado de taxas. Não tem café da manhã incluso na diária, pegamos uma tempestade de neve no dia seguinte ao nosso check-in e tivemos que tomar café no restaurante do hotel, ao custo de aproximadamente US$ 40,00/pessoa. A localização é excelente, próximo ao metrô e ponto de ônibus, além de mercado e se encontrar no bairro mais charmoso de Washington.

Ich habe zwei Nächte auf einer Geschäftsreise geblieben, und insgesamt war es großartig. Das Front Desk Personal ist warm und willkommen, und half mir mit ein paar Dingen während des Aufenthalts. Die Lobby ist nichts Besonderes - nur ein Desk und ein paar Schritte zum Aufzug, und es gibt einen zugrunde liegenden Geruch von der Gaswärme. Die Zimmer selbst sind großartig. Geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer, komfortable Bett, und ich wurde ein Zimmer mit dem Rücken des Hotels gegeben, so dass es sehr ruhig war (ich werde immer ruhig über den Blick wählen). Es gibt eine Willkommensstunde jeden Abend von 5-6, wo Sie ein Glas Wein/Bier oder Cocktail kostenlos erhalten können, was ein schöner Touch ist, und es gibt Wasserfüllung (noch oder spritzig!) und Eisstationen auf jedem Stock. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
