Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, es gab nur ein kleines Problem mit der Duschtür. Am Bett gab es jeweils eine Steckdose. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab wirklich alles, was man will.

We stayed there 3nights , we enjoyed our holiday, its location is very fantastic and the environment and surrounding are very beautiful,  our room was very clean and ever day cleaning is done timely, but it’s a matter of sorrow that there was no drinking water facilities in the room, except this everything was great, wish could visit Oslo again and stay there ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

great boutique hotel! only unfortunate thing is that the breakfast only opens at 8am on weekends so we missed it due to an early flight, but they made up for it with a breakfast to-go when we checked out!

Ausstattung: Frühstück und Abendessen inklusive – einfach perfekt! Die Preise in Norwegen sind relativ hoch, daher ist ein Buffet im Hotel ein absolutes Muss! Sie werden nicht nur satt, sondern ernähren sich auch gesund. Die Schalldämmung ist mittelmäßig; morgens hört man den Wecker im Nebenzimmer, aber auf Reisen braucht man ja nicht unbedingt auszuschlafen. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Das Restaurantpersonal ist sehr freundlich und begrüßt Sie mit „Guten Morgen“ und wünscht Ihnen eine angenehme Reise. Gäste können ihr Gepäck kostenlos aufbewahren. Lage: 8 Gehminuten vom Osloer Hauptbahnhof und 10 Gehminuten von der Osloer Oper entfernt. Oslo selbst ist jedoch nicht sehr groß; vom Hauptbahnhof aus sind die meisten Orte innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der entscheidende Vorteil ist, dass sich das Hotel bereits im Herzen von Oslo befindet und die Straßen nach 20 Uhr praktisch menschenleer sind. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Oslo bin!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie during our New Year’s trip to Oslo, and it truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and helpful service. Check-in was smooth and fast, which was perfect after a long travel day. Our rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay with a group of friends. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the views from the rooms were lovely. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made everything feel special for the holiday. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. It made exploring Oslo so convenient, whether we were heading out for dinner or wandering around the city to enjoy the New Year festivities. One highlight was the breakfast buffet — fresh, varied, and delicious. There was something for everyone, and it gave us great energy to start each day full of adventure. Overall, Quality Hotel Hasle Linie gave our group a memorable and comfortable stay. We loved celebrating the New Year here, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Das Zimmer ist klein! Das Gepäck ist schwer zu öffnen, und es ist fast im Zimmer zu Bett. Glücklicherweise ist das Zimmer noch komplett. Sehr nahe der Bahnhof. Frühstücksmittel sind gut, dekorieren Sie es.

Highly recommended. The hotel is part of an old post office, located right behind a bus stop, 100m from a tram stop and 500m from Oslo Central Station. There are restaurants just downstairs or nearby. The room is large enough and well-equipped, with a washing machine, a big drying rack, a microwave and all utensils. There is a public room for (self-service, super convenient, pretty large space) luggage storage facilities and all the necessites (tea packs, towels, linens, and ear plugs etc., though it is quiet at night) Everything is done on app, including check-in/out and opening the doors. However, the door-opening function in the app doesn't work sometimes so you have to use code instead (there's no reception). Also, you have to go through some stairs at entrance and a winding passage to reach your room. The room is a little bit dark at night (even with all the lights on) for reading and writing. The TV is located in a weird position.

Ich hatte eine positive Erfahrung im Scandic Oslo Hotel. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage in der Nähe der Hauptmarken der Stadt, in der Nähe des öffentlichen Verkehrs, Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Zimmer und die gemeinsamen Bereiche waren angemessen und teuer. Mein Zimmer 302 war klein, aber sauber. Alle Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Toiletten wie Seife, Shampoo und Klimaanlage. Auch Haartrockner, Verschluss und Handtücher sind verfügbar. Es gibt keine Wasserflaschen. Ich würde dieses Hotel sicher empfehlen.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Ich und eine Gruppe von HE-Studenten sind von einer Konferenz zurückgekehrt, wo wir in diesem Hotel verblieben. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Jeden Morgen würden wir bei der Rezeption um frische Handtücher bitten und diese wurden entweder dort und dann oder innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach dem Antrag ins Zimmer geliefert. Das Hotel liegt um 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Marina, der Rohrstation, dem königlichen Palast entfernt. Die Studenten genossen wirklich, wie zentral das Hotel war zu allem. Check-in und Check-out waren reibungslos, und die Zimmer waren sauber. Es gab einen QR-Code im Zimmer zu scannen, wenn Sie den Reiniger täglich eintragen wollten. Es gab eine kleine Auswahl von Snacks im Rezeptionsbereich zu kaufen. Andererseits war das Frühstückssortiment wirklich gut. Von frischen Waffeln und Pancakes bis zum gekochten Frühstück, Getreide, Joghurt und Obst, frische Süßigkeiten und Saft.  Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen großartig, wenn Sie eine Basis zu gehen und Oslo zu erkunden wollen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für ein Wochenende.
