4-Sterne-Hotels in Yokohama finden

The room was spacious. I feel that it is a very significant thing to say considering that the standard room size in Japanese cities are a lot smaller (or even half the size of the room at this hotel). The location is extremely convenient coming off a shinkanzen but I wish that the hotel description can be more specific about how to find it. Google Maps are not clear enough (It said - take exit 10 to the hotel. There is no exit 10.) For other travelers, the hotel is accessed by elevator inside the Shin-yokohama station entrance. Take that elevator to the 10th floor.

Our 4th time in Japan and 2nd time in this lovely hotel. Thank you for the upgrade to the harbour view room. From Nagano to Tokyo to Yokohama. We are delighted to see the best customer service hotel receptionist again, Yuito. He attended to us during our 1st time here. And this time round, he assisted us again. We requested for extra blanket at late hour for my son as it’s very cold even though we on the heater. He sent it to our room with his smiley and friendly face despite the last hour. Thank you Yuito. U are the best staff there to us:) We bought my husband’s birthday cake at the pastry shop just beside this hotel. They have delicious cakes and pastries. While waiting for my husband to put the cake in the room fridge, I sat outside the shop while feeding my son in his stroller with doughnut that I bought from the shop. I was told off by the guy staff not to sit there even tho there’s no one out there as it’s during winter. I told him I’m feeding my son and will only sit for like 5-7mins while waiting for my husband who went up to the hotel room before we off for our itinerary. He went in to talk to other staffs, and came back to me that today will be exceptional just for me. I know the shop is not directly under Citadines but I would appreciate if the shop can place a label/sign on the table or outside the shop in English that no sitting is allowed unless dine in and not takeaway. A little understanding and kindness goes a long way.

Stilvolle Projektkartierung vom Eingang aus. Das Zimmer war nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch sauber. Ich schätze den Mineralwasserservice und die Steven-Knoll-Shampoos im Zimmerbad. Es gab viele Kleiderbügel, so dass man die Jacken leicht aufhängen konnte, und das Bett war geräumig und bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet kostet für Hotelgäste 2.400 Yen. Es gab nicht so viele Sorten, aber ein paar Hauptgerichte. Alle sind sättigend, aber der Burger ist zu empfehlen, da der Inhalt täglich wechselt. Wenn Sie die K Arena nutzen, dauert der Fußweg zum Veranstaltungsort je nach Ampel etwa 10 Minuten. Der Laden im Hotel schien rund um die Uhr geöffnet zu sein, aber es gab auch ein 7-Eleven unter dem Hotel, sodass ich mich sicher fühlte.

The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

Ich suchte nach einem Hotel in der Nähe von Seka Owas Leben in Pacifico Yokohama und übernachtete hier. Die Anzahl der Stockwerke war gering, aber ich konnte in einem Zimmer auf der Seite übernachten, auf der das Meer zu sehen ist. Nachts kann man die Lichter des Riesenrads sehen und es war sehr schön. Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten, und normalerweise dusche ich nur im Hotel, aber ich habe Badesalz verwendet und ein Bad genommen. Es gibt keine Restaurants in der Nähe, aber im ersten Stock gibt es ein 7-Eleven, also kaufte ich ein paar Süßigkeiten und entspannte mich in meinem Zimmer. Alles war schön im neuen Hotel. Yokohama ist nicht weit von meinem Haus entfernt, also würde ich in einem Hotel übernachten, wenn es keine Live-Aufführung gäbe, aber ich würde gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

5 Gehminuten vom Station Shin-Yokohama entfernt. Es ist mit Princeton Einkaufszentrum verbunden, so ist es einfach zu kaufen, und Sie können Sushi und Shishimi im Untergrund Lebensmittelhof zu essen lecker im Zimmer kaufen.

Good location. On the ”outskirts” of the Minatomirai area but the cable cars were just outside that could take you over there easy. Links to skybridge to get you around the Minatomirai area was also right there. If you want to explore ”old town”, to the other side was the older town and so really gave you the best of both worlds

we stayed in this hotel which was one of the newest of all the branches. Everything was good but it is quite a long trip to Shinjuku and Shibuya and all those trendy places. We loved our stay and would stay again if we want to explore other parts of Japan that is more on the relax side. For first timers we thinks that a hotel closer would be more ideal but great hotel and staffs.

Great hotel in a great area, really happy staying there although it’s slightly more pricey than others Nice view too
