4-Sterne-Hotels in Taormina

First of all, I don't know why this hotel has such a high rating. First, this hotel is not a hotel in the strict sense, and there is no 24-hour front desk (which caused us a lot of inconvenience later) Second, we booked the most expensive room type in this hotel, but it is very far from the sea and the volcano! It is on the mountain! It is very inconvenient to go to the beach or any check-in point, and it takes a long time to drive a winding mountain road to get there! In our opinion, the sea view and volcano view are completely gimmicks. Third, there was a sudden power outage at 11 o'clock in the evening. We didn't have time to wash up, and we called the staff on WhatsApp and sent messages for a long time without receiving a reply! It was only after 2 hours, at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, that we received a reply, and it was after the water and electricity were restored to normal. We waited for a long time in vain, and all our electronic devices needed electricity, but unfortunately we spent this night in a very worried and bad mood, which undoubtedly affected the mood of the trip. Although the hotel can check in early and provide champagne service upon request, I don't think this is what the staff let us recall as a ”benefit” on WhatsApp. The power outage and water outage are not your fault, but I think your attitude is not very sincere, just superficial. No matter what you say, you should know it in your heart. To be honest, I didn't see the hotel's symbolic compensation for such a long power outage, because it really affected our mood at the time. But anyway, this hotel is not recommended. If you have a car and you don't have high requirements for sea views and volcano views, if you don't want to go to the beach and can get there quickly, you can book this hotel.

Das Hotelzimmer ist komfortabel, kostengünstig, der Hotelmanager ist sehr enthusiastisch, hilf uns mit dem Umladen der Gepäckstücke und hilf uns auch bei der Lösung vieler Probleme, es lohnt sich, zu bleiben.

Sehr gut. Da ich an diesem Tag krank war, erlaubte uns die Rezeption, früher einzuchecken. Am nächsten Tag ging es mir besser und ich ging zum Schwimmen und Fotografieren in den privaten Pool. Das Meerwasser war super sauber und es gab viel 🐟. Auch die Rettungsschwimmer waren sehr höflich. Mir gefällt dieses Hotel sehr gut. Ich werde das nächste Mal wiederkommen 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Taormina Infinity Suites. Before our arrival, communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient. The host always responded promptly, making the check-in process easy and stress-free. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, the host warmly welcomed us and kindly helped us carry our luggage downstairs. The rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight. The water was very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was beautifully designed, and you could clearly see the care and attention that had gone into every detail. Upon check-out, the host kindly helped us with our luggage again and arranged a taxi to the train station, which saved us a lot of hassle and made our departure much easier. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Piazza IX Aprile and within easy reach of Taormina’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, die Uhr ist früh und ich habe den Sonnenaufgang aufgenommen. Der Service ist auch sehr gut, das Gepäck wird uns ins Zimmer schicken.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Auf dem Boden, gegenüber dem Meer und dem Eterna-Vulkan 🌋, es gibt einen Pool. Es ist auch zu Fuß aus der Stadt zu erreichen. Parken wird ein bisschen schwierig, aber der alte Fahrer ist nichts dagegen. Sehr geeignet für Urlaub. Wenn wir an das Hotel kommen, mögen wir 😘, ich habe sofort eine Nacht gebucht. Ich dachte immer noch, es reicht nicht. Wenn Sie später in Sicilien nach Guermina kommen, wo Sie für eine Weile in diesem Hotel wohnen.

Conveniently located very close to the Catania airport and only about 7 minutes by car from the historic centre of Catania (when there's no traffic). Our room was very large by the standards of Italian hotels. Everything was pretty new and fresh.
