Das Personal hat mit unseren Gepäck auf und nach den Treppen geholfen, das ist ein Gott-send. Sicher schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Auch das Frühstück war großartig. Neben der schönen Lage zwischen dem Treppenhaus und dem Treppenhaus, wir lieben diese Villa! Der Spaziergang war jedoch eine gute Übung!

We had a wonderful stay in Positano, and a big part of that was thanks to Katia, who went above and beyond in every way. She offered truly exceptional service — anything we needed, she was there to help, even meeting us at the parking lot to walk us to the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Positano, and the room we stayed in was spacious, very clean, and well organized. The hotel has only two rooms, which makes it feel incredibly intimate and private — a rare find. Breakfast was also great, and it’s delivered to your room every morning, which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm. The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful. Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries. Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Sehr überrascht, guter Service, komplette Einrichtungen, das Zimmer ist sehr schön und sehr groß, die Bettwaren sind sehr hoch, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, ich weiß, dass wir Silber-Hochzeitstag sind, wir haben Champagner geschickt, sehr bewegend.

Von der Fähre zum Hotel müssen Sie etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hügel + Treppen, aber es war eine angenehme Reise dank der wirklich schönen Aussicht und der freundlichen Frontdesk. Die Aussicht auf die Terrasse war so schön und ich habe sie jeden Tag gereinigt und hatte einen guten Aufenthalt.

Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Wir kommen, um in der Nebensaison zu spielen. Es gibt nicht viele Hotels zur Auswahl. Beim Fahren und Navigieren können wir nur dann eine Wegbeschreibung finden, wenn wir sie nicht finden können. Vor der Tür befindet sich eine Einbahnstraße. Wir können das Auto nicht parken. Die Hotelzimmer sind in Ordnung, das Zimmer mit Meerblick hat eine kleine Terrasse, das Frühstück ist nicht viele, aber es ist gut. Es wird immer noch nicht empfohlen, in der Nebensaison in Positano zu leben. Nachts ist es zu deprimiert und es sind nur wenige Restaurants geöffnet. Auf der Straße ist niemand in der Meeresbrise. Zu Fuß zum vom Hotel empfohlenen Restaurant am Strand zu gehen, erfordert Selbstwertgefühl. Es sollte besser sein, in Almafi zu leben, und der umliegende Positano Ravello Suriento hat genug Zeit für den Tag zum Spielen

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Wenn der Zimmertyp gut ist, können Sie das klassische Berghaus in Positano vom Balkon aus sehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig (natürlich gibt es kein chinesisches Essen, weil Sie im Ausland sind ...). Der Hotelservice war sehr gut und freundlich. Gehört zu einem Hotel, das es wert ist, gebucht zu werden.
