Das Zimmer insgesamt ist gut, sollte bald dekoriert werden, das neue Zimmer ist modern, das Zimmer ist etwas klein, dann ist es kurz danach allein im Bett, fühlt sich seltsam (weil die Pferde und der Handtuch allein am Eingangsort sind), oder vielleicht weil das alte Haus geändert wurde (Es wird gesagt, es war früher ein Palast), das Frühstück ist amerikanisch, jeden Tag ist ähnlich, die Sorte hat sich nicht sehr stark geändert. Die Lage ist gut, kann man zum größten Teil der Attraktionen gehen. Die Servicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch, wir warten unterhalb des Reiseleiters, sie sagt auch, wo die Toilette ist, sie stellt auch die Umgebung vor. Jedes Mal, wenn sie zurückkommt, heiße ich dich herzlich.

Das Hotel war sehr gut eingerichtet und das Frühstück war schön. Die Zimmer waren gut konzipiert und es war das komfortableste Bett, in dem ich je geschlafen habe! Die Lage war perfekt. Genau um die Ecke von den Straßen mit vielen Restaurants und einem einfachen Spaziergang zu lokalen Attraktionen. Das Teatro Massimo war direkt über die Straße und war mein Lieblingsgegenstand. Ich würde nicht zögern, noch einmal dort zu bleiben, obwohl es einige Treppen gibt, um auf die Rezeption zu kommen, aber es gibt einen Aufzug Teil Weg vom Boden für diejenigen mit Mobilitätsfragen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich. Es ist ein Gestein eines Ortes!

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!

Great location. Clean, food and bus stations nearby. Sufficient if you’re not planning on spending tons of time in the room. If however you need a place to get a good nights rest this may not be your best bet. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear the other tenants through the walls and even the people they were on the phone with past 1 am. Traffic outside the window can also be heard very clearly. If you’re not a light sleeper this is a good stay.

Der Kundenservice ist gut. Da der Pool im Zimmer undicht war, versuchten die Mitarbeiter ihr Bestes, dies zu arrangieren. Schließlich übernachteten wir in einem Zimmer mit Meerblick gegenüber der Piazza Italia. Die Tintenfischnudeln im Restaurant sind köstlich und der Service ist gut. In straßennahen Räumen besteht ein Problem mit der Schalldämmung

Das große Hotel macht echt was her. 14 Stockwerke, wir waren auf dem 7. Der Service ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und arbeitet aus irgendeinem Grund mit Technologie aus den 70ern. Aber hey, es funktoniert. Leider war im Februar die Dachterasse geschlossen. Innen war es immer sauber, es wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso etwas älter, aber funktionierend. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen! Hotel leider etwas weiter außen gelegen. Mit Uber 20€ Euro in die Innenstadt 10 min Fahrt. Taxi kostete uns 25€. Die Fahrtpreise sind etwas doof. Mit dem Bus gehts besser für um die drei Euro pro Tag und ebenso 15-20 min Fahrt. Um das Hotel herum gibt es einen Supermarkt gegenüber, nette Cafes und Wirtshäuser. Leider ist dieser Teil der Stadt etwas verdreckt. Wen das aber nicht stört, der findet hier ein bezahlbares Hotel mit gutem Service.

We chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.

Positiv. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet und die Dame, die das Zimmer versorgt hat, hat eine wirklich wunderbare Arbeit geleistet. Der junge Empfangsmann war auch sehr hilfreich und professionell. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war reich und von hoher Qualität. In den letzten zwei Tagen war der Lärm von Kompressoren und Bohrungen sehr intensiv und beeinflusste den Komfort unseres Aufenthalts. Vielleicht wären solche Renovierungen besser geplant, wenn das Hotel keine Gäste beherbergt.
