We had a 2-week family vacation in Italy, travelled to Rome, Florence, Naples and Palermo. Our stay at Olivuzza 27 in Palermo is by far the BEST! The room is spacious, well-appointed, clean. And, it has a kitchenette, so that we could cook dinner with the fresh ingredients bought from the supermarket nearby. The apartment is just a stone’s throw away from the town centre, we could go to different places just on foot. And it is located in a quiet and safe area. We didn’t have to worry even we walked back to the apartment after a night out. Our heartfelt thanks to the owner Salvo for his hospitality, who proactively offered us help in many ways. Salvo is friendly and caring. He speaks very good English too. He gave us very good recommendations for restaurants, attractions, useful apps. He helped us with laundry service after we were totally soaked in the pouring rain in one of the days. Each of the small touch have made us feel very welcomed. We had a very memorable trip in Palermo. If you happen to travel to Palermo, Olivuzza 27 is the PERFECT choice, trust me.

My stay here was incredible! I really enjoyed Mondello in total, but staying here made my trip the best. I love the building and its surroundings and how close it is to the beach (literally 10 minutes and you're there!). My room was also perfect - clean, spacious, everything needed and even more. The hosts were also lovely. I am planning to go back to Mondello in the spring next year, and I'm definitely staying here!

Our stay was pleasant and memorable. This was our first stay in Sicily. Frontdwsk was helpful in arranging transfers from the airport and we arrived at the B&B quickly and safely just after midnight. We did not expect 1 flight of stairs and struggled a bit with our luggage. The lights along the corridor turned off quickly so you should standby lights from the phone.. overall, we really liked our stay as the location was perfect! Every attraction was within walking distance and the town was wonderful. Oh yes, breakfast across the street in the best cafe was charming too. Really loved our stay!!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Boutique-Hotel in Palermo, Sicily. Von der Ankunft gingen die Mitarbeiter oben und weiter, um uns zu begrüßen. Obwohl wir früher als geplant erschienen, hatten sie kein Problem, uns zu lassen und aus dem Weg zu uns zu beherbergen. Wir hatten ein massives Frühstück ganz kostenlos angeboten, während wir warten, was so großzügige Touch. Nicht nur das, sondern wir wurden auch eingeladen, sich von der Pool zu entspannen, bis unsere Zimmer bereit waren ein perfekter Weg, nach der Reise zu entspannen. Die Atmosphäre des Ortes ist entspannt und ein bisschen offbeat in der bestmöglichen Weise voller Persönlichkeit und Charme. Es ist selten, einen Ort zu finden, wo der Kundenservice das wahr fühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem warmen, willkommenen und leicht unkonventionellen Aufenthalt in Palermo!

Our stay at the Sant’ Agostino Apartment in Palermo was very pleasant. The location is one of its best features—situated close to key spots in the city, making it easy to explore Palermo on foot. The apartment itself is well-designed for comfort, with two separate bedrooms and a separate comfort room, giving plenty of space and privacy for families or groups. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want convenience, comfort, and a prime location in Palermo.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gut organisiert und sauber, mit dem Pool- und Badegebiet Jacuzzi, das ist wirklich ein Schmuck mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Palermo. Breite, hell und sauber Zimmer. Professioneller Service und immer auf die Details achten. Das Restaurant ist von hervorragender Qualität und Auswahl. Sie könnten mir den Poolbereich auch am Abend nutzen, angesichts der viel Platz und der Präsenz der Kiosk-Bar, mit der Musik aus dem Hintergrund, und erschöpft Lichter für ein schönes Aperitiv oder Cocktail-Borde Pool mit Panoramablick. Schaffung einer ruhigen, entspannenden Situation, wo man mit anderen Gästen interagieren kann, einfach aber effizient. Die Lage, ein bisschen aus der Hand, zwingt Sie am Abend zum Auto oder zum Schiff und nach Palermo. Ein Rat, das Restaurant ist ein wenig teuer, vor allem in Bezug auf die Menge der Portionen, obwohl die Qualität ist hoch. Die Pizza ist im allgemeinen Durchschnitt. Sie könnte mehr Gäste gerne zum Essen verbringen, auch wenn Sie dann etwas schaffen müssen, wie gesagt, um die schöne Struktur auch in der Nachtzeit zu leben. Eine schlechte Bekanntheit, aber nach dem Check-out von 11 Uhr müssen Sie gehen. Die meisten Einrichtungen können Sie jedoch noch einen halben Tag im Pool bleiben, wo es unter anderem einfach ist, in der Bar zu nehmen. Das muss meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden. Ich wollte bis 14.00 Uhr bleiben, um eine weitere Stunde von Jacuzzi zu genießen, aber trotzdem habe ich mehrmals gefragt, das wurde mir verweigert und nicht insistieren, ich ging weg. Ich werde sicher zurück, weil ich mich wirklich gut gefühlt. Ich hoffe, dass die Geschäftsleitung meine Überlegungen annimmt, nicht als Kritiker, sondern als Ratschläge.

The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud. My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. And the coffee machine only provided espresso when I pressed macchiato or cappuccino. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
