I can not say enough good things about The Apple House. We came to York on our honeymoon. The loft was spacious, there were snacks waiting and a kettle in the room. The bed was comfy. But the true magic is the owners. It’s rare to be treated that well by a hotel. Not only do you get a full cooked breakfast, it’s made to order. It’s served in a lovely room. You get to select the time you’d like to eat from 4 seatings. Danielle went out of her way to help us find our way around York as it was our first visit. But where they went above and beyond was, I am disabled, her husband took our bags up to our room on the top floor while she was helping us figure out where we wanted to go in the city. And then the next day when we asked her how we got to the train station, she literally picked up my bags and walked my husband and I to the train. It was the kindest thing a hotel owner has ever done for us. We will return to York someday and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes walk from the city centre  Our room was clean and cosy  In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵 The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night  All the staff were friendly and helpful  We will definitely return in the near future.

由於酒店身處哥爾夫球場之中，四周環境十分清幽、寧靜、舒適，景色亦十分美。只是它距離市區較遙遠，距離約克舊城區，有接近30分鐘車程，若不是自駕遊，就不太適合選這裏作為住宿地點，但若有自駕車，這是非常不錯的選擇，因為泊車是免費的。 酒店之中有兩家餐廳食物不錯，但價格非常高，且份量不多，是典型的fine dining，若然大家不想花費太多在食方面，在進入酒店前，最好在城區先進餐。

We loved our stay at hotel Indigo York, this is the second time we have stayed there. the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. the room is clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Das Hotel ist nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Stadtmauer entfernt, nicht sehr um das Hotel, aber nahe genug, um die Reise zu Fuß zu machen. Das Hotel ist schön und komfortabel, und das Frühstück war ein fantastisches kleines Buffet mit einem tollen Frühstück zu bestellen. Das englische Frühstück war fantastisch. Ich empfehle es jedem, der nach York reist!

Ein kleines Haus, das Zimmer ist sauber, sehr warm und ruhig, der Service ist sehr warm, wir wohnen im dritten Stock, es gibt keinen Leibwäsche, die Gepäcktasche sind alle Geschäfte, um das Zimmer zu nehmen, und das Parken ist auch bequem. Die Umgebung ist gut, die Reise ist auch bequem, 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Fluss zu Fuß und schnell zu den touristischen Attraktionen in der Stadt Zhuang kommen. Nur das Frühstück ist sehr teuer. Zwei Nächte am Tag sind immer noch ein gemütliches Erlebnis.

Das jahrhundertealte Hotel wurde renoviert und ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer war im Grunde nur die Treppe hoch neben der Hotellobby und man befand sich im ersten Stock. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und für Mädchen war es schwierig, sich zu waschen und zu trocknen ihre Haare, weil sie so viele Haare hatten. Die Weihnachtsatmosphäre ist sehr gut, die Bar ist gut und es gibt lokales Yorker Bier. Hotelgäste parken für 7 Pfund pro Tag. Sie müssen die Parkgebühr beim Check-in an der Rezeption benachrichtigen und dann auf dem Parkplatz parken, andernfalls wird eine Geldstrafe von 100 Pfund fällig! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist etwa 2 Kilometer vom Internet-Promi-Check-in-Punkt im Zentrum von York Town entfernt. Es ist sehr günstig und bequem, Uber anzurufen. Auch die Bestellung zum Mitnehmen ist sehr praktisch. Diagonal gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es eine Tankstelle und einen 24-Stunden-Supermarkt. Zwei Schritte außerhalb des Hotels befinden sich das Holiday Inn, die York University und der Tesco-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Wenn man sich die Karte anschaut, ist es auch ganz in der Nähe einer Steckdose. Alles in allem eine Lage weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber sehr praktisch! Im Zimmer werden Lotus-Karamell-Kekse zubereitet. An der Rezeption erhalten Sie Einweg-Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten, die im Zimmer nicht verfügbar sind. Möglichkeit eines späten Check-outs um 13:00 Uhr. Das Zimmer schien über zwei Klimaanlagen, aber keine Fernbedienung zu verfügen. Es schaltete sich plötzlich mehr als ein Dutzend Mal pro Nacht ein und aus, was ziemlich beängstigend war, aber schließlich ist dies ein jahrhundertealtes Hotel. Die Platinum Ambassador Card von Marriott beinhaltet keine Vorteile wie Frühstück. Insgesamt ist das Übernachten doch ok, der Preis ist günstig!

Great value room in a lovely rural location, reasonably close to York. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. I had a good quiet night’s sleep. Evening meal in the restaurant was fine, but a bit overpriced for what it was and service in the restaurant was friendly but slow. I would definitely stay again though if I was in the area.

Nice cosy room outside of the main hotel. Only window was a skylight that you could open, but it didn't give a lot of natural light. Bed was comfortable and shower good. Excellent amenities within the room including tea/coffee, ironing facilities and TV. Perfect location for exploring the city and the bonus of free parking. The continental breakfast was a little sparse and if you're a vegan, you may want to let the hotel know ahead of arrival. Despite the odd area for improvement, still very good value.
