Die Wohnung war zentral, sauber und präsentierbar. Das Bett schien kleiner als ein Doppel. Das Badezimmer und die Kücheneinrichtungen waren gut. Das Fernsehen war nicht programmiert und wir konnten das Fernsehen nicht mit dem Internet verbinden, so dass es nicht genutzt wurde. Wir hatten während unseres Nachtaufenthalts zwei Hauptfragen. Eins - Continuous Horrorous Noise from 11:45pm to early hours of the morning 1:30am ish then to start again at 4am. The noise was bottles put in sticks and sticks being moved. Es klang, als ob die Flaschen von einer Höhe in den Schrank gefallen und dann die Schranken leer waren. Wir hatten so eine schlechte Nacht schlafen. Am Morgen konnten wir sehen, dass die Schranken direkt gegen unsere Fenster in die Wohnung waren. Zweitens - Wir ließen uns endlich auss Schlafen, um aufzuwachen, durch unsere Wohnung Tür geöffnet und jemand sagte Hello... mein Mann schrie und die Person entschuldigte sich und schloss die Tür. Es war sehr schrecklich und unsere Privatsphäre war gestört und unser Schlaf, und weil wir nicht in der Nacht schlafen konnten, war es sehr unbehaglich. Ich fühlte mich nicht sicher. Ich habe das Unternehmen für eine Erklärung gesendet, aber ich hatte keine Antwort.

I stayed in a top floor deluxe suit and absolutely loved my stay at the AC Hotel in Birmingham. The room was beautifully designed—stylish, modern, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The drinks were surprisingly great value, and the location overlooking the water made for a stunning view. I’ll definitely be back! My photo doesn't do it near enough justice

Perfect stay and great value This hotel was an excellent choice for my visit to Birmingham. The location is perfect and very easy to get around the city from here. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and smooth with no issues at all. My room was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Every basic amenity I needed was provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer days and kept the room comfortable at all times. Breakfast is included which is wonderful value even though I slept in so I did not get to try it myself. Overall this is brilliant value for money and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Das Hotel war in einer tollen Lage für Konferenz am Millennium-Punkt. Einfacher Zugang zur Stadt, aber schön gelegen in etwas ruhigerem Ort im Aston University Campus. Zimmer war schön und könnte sogar eine Reihe von Pfosten haben. Badezimmer schön, mit guten fluffy Handtücher. Ich dachte, die Produkte waren wahrscheinlich abgewässert und die Loo Rolle war die braunen scharf. Ich war auf der zweiten Etage und nur echte Beschwerde war, dass von 7am die Haupttürschlamm, es ist wie eine der Sound Cannons, die Sie aufwachen. Vielleicht ist eine ruhige Schließung eine einfache Behebung. Andernfalls sind die Mitarbeiter wirklich freundlich und hilfreich. Kostenloses Schwimmen/Gym pass für den Universitätspool ist ein wirklich schöner Touch. Alles in allem ausgezeichnet. Aber eine weiche Nähe an dieser Tür wäre erstaunlich.

What a gem! Literally direct opposite one of the rear entrances of the grand New Street Station, up the stairs/lift into a little arcade of shops (nail bar/hair salon and luxury watches) and the hotel entrance. The check in lobby is nothing much impressive but the overall building and decor with high ceilings, big staircases and marble surfaces are albeit a bit outdated in tone, still much preferable to us. The room is very spacious and the bathroom with Elemis supplied soap walk-shower and self-standing bathtub is the biggest we’ve ever been into. The hotel bar, restaurant and breakfast area are located on the first floor looking over the New Street pedestrian shopping street and the staff are very good. Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

Lovely place to stay, the owner was very responsive which is great and accommodated a late check out which I totally appreciate! I was originally given the wrong room but once Informed the owner he amended this and apologised. The original room I wanted actually had a broken door panel which he explained but it didn’t bother me to be honest. Loved the bath and the projector - a few things unfortunately that need to be looked into, the bathroom flooded during my shower with the water migrating to the right side which then needed me to physically use whatever I could to get the water towards the shower drain. The bath, when you’re running it the attached shower continuously also drops water again which I had to get whatever I could to soak up. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, bath salts would be a lovely touch considering I feel the bath is a real selling point to the room. The cutlery was dirty but it’s ok because I wash anything before I use it. In the morning workmen whithin the apartment were making the MOST noise, literally in the little terrace just under the apartments windows however the apartment does have supply pair of earbuds which I soon realised was needed. Either way I will stay again for sure but yeah needs some tweaks which I’m highlighting as constructive feedback. Thanks Gurmukh

Ich bin hier einmal im Jahr, da es nicht weit vom NEC in Birmingham entfernt ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, so nahe der Autobahn, aber es fühlt sich so ruhig und entspannt, wie Sie im Land sind. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Ich war in diesem Hotel viele Male im Laufe der Jahre und nur einmal den Schwimmbad, der die einzige Nebenanlage zu diesem Ort ist, benutzt. Ich würde nicht wieder als nicht die entspannende Hotelerfahrung, die ich erwartet hatte, wie sehr beschäftigt, nutzen. Die Zahlung der öffentlichen Ausgaben über die Hotelbewohner scheint vorrangig zu sein, und das Wechselzimmer war mit den verwendeten Handtüchern hoch auf dem Boden aufgetaucht. Die Mitarbeiter standen um, mit ihren Partnern zu lachen und mussten abbrechen, um zu fragen, wo man Handtücher bekommt, dann musste ein anderes Mitglied der Öffentlichkeit fragen, wie man die Lockeln öffnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterhin verwenden, aber nicht riskieren den Schwimmbad wieder.

Rumme Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, bieten viel Platz für Entpackung und Entspannung. Große Kücheneinrichtungen: Das Zimmer verfügt über fantastische Einrichtungen, speziell die Spülmaschine, Hobby und Mikrowelle, die den Aufenthalt sehr bequem machten. Erstaunliche Lage: Perfekt mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Attraktionen und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt am Türsteig, plus viele Komfortgeschäfte in der Nähe. Exceptional Staff: Das ganze Team war erstaunlich, von der freundlichen Empfangs- bis zum Zimmerservicepersonal. Klimaanlage: Das richtige AC war ein riesiger Bonus und ein Lebenserlös in den heißen Tagen. Verbesserung der Bedürfnisse Kleine Waschraum: Das Badezimmer ist unglaublich krampft. Es ist so klein, dass Sie nur schrecklich umher schütteln müssen, um die Tür zu schließen. Unkomfortable Bed Setup: Das Hotel hat statt eines echten Doppelbett zwei Einzelbetten zusammen gedrückt. Dies schuf eine dünnen, sinkenden Lücke in der Mitte der Matratzen, die ziemlich unkomfortabel war. Seltene Hausaufbewahrung: Wir haben nur einmal während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts Zimmerreinigung erhalten 11-day. Auch wenn es ein Aparthotel ist, war der Mangel an täglicher oder häufiger Zimmerservice für eine Reise dieser Länge enttäuschend. Keine In-Room Washing Machine: Trotz einer Kücheneinrichtung gab es keine Waschmaschine im Zimmer, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr hilfreich gewesen wäre.
