The apartment was central, clean and presentable. The bed seemed smaller than a double. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were good. The TV was not programmed and we were unable to connect the tv to the internet so it remained unused. We had two main issues during our night stay. One - Continuous Horrendous noise from 11:45pm till early hours of the morning 1:30am ish then for it to start again at 4am. The noise was bottles being put in bins and bins being moved. It sounded like the bottles were being dropped from a height into the bin then the bins being emptied. We had such a poor nights sleep. In the morning we could see that the bins were right up against our windows to the apartment. Two - We eventually dropped off to sleep to be woken up by our apartment door being opened and someone saying Hello..my husband shouted and the person apologised and shut the door. It was very scary and our privacy was disturbed and our sleep, and due to the fact we couldn’t sleep in the night, it was very unpleasant. I did not feel safe. I emailed the company for an explanation but had nil response.

I stayed in a top floor deluxe suit and absolutely loved my stay at the AC Hotel in Birmingham. The room was beautifully designed—stylish, modern, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The drinks were surprisingly great value, and the location overlooking the water made for a stunning view. I’ll definitely be back! My photo doesn't do it near enough justice

Willkommen check in. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer ohne Spott, mit allem, was wir brauchten. Sehr komfortable Kuchen! Gutes Frühstück, vor allem die Omelette. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Symphony Hall, der Grund für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir haben hier vor und werden es nochmal tun.

Staff were exceptional upon arrival and the room was everything we needed and more. Modern, spacious, clean, and the hotel amenities have everything you'd need including a gym and laundry room. The included mini kitchen in our double room could easily manage a small meal for two if necessary whilst also benefitting from a good sized fridge, 2× hotplate stove and, conveniently, a mini dishwasher. Less than 2 minutes from the Bullring and under 10min from countless shops, bars and restaurants. Definitely one of the best hotel deals I've had. Recommended.

Was für ein Geschmack! Literalmente direkt gegenüber einer der Hintereingänge der Grand New Street Station, auf die Treppe/Aufzug in eine kleine Arcade von Geschäften (Nagelbar/Haarsalon und Luxus-Uhren) und der Eingang des Hotels. Die Kontrolle in der Lobby ist nicht sehr beeindruckend, aber das Gesamtgebäude und Dekor mit hohen Decken, großen Treppen und Marmorflächen sind doch etwas veraltet in Ton, noch viel besser für uns. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und das Badezimmer mit Seife-Wanderbad und eigenständiger Bad ist das größte, in das wir jemals gewesen sind. Die Bar, Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich befinden sich im ersten Stock, die über die New Street Fußgänger-Shoppingstraße aussehen, und das Personal ist sehr gut. Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel room was not. There was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, especially during the summer. The front desk explained that the hotel uses a natural air-cooling system, but unfortunately, it did not help much. The toilet was also separated from the actual shower room by a different door, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, one of the staff members in charge of the breakfast area (Male wearing a suit that checks the breakfast list) was rude and very unwelcoming to guests. This experience made us think twice about whether we would want to come back again. Overall, while the location was great, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the room temperature and the customer service.

Strategic location in Birmingham city, walking distance to those shops, the stoves provided is more than enough for us if want to cook at late night, recommended place for short stay if you bring elderly

Lovely place to stay, the owner was very responsive which is great and accommodated a late check out which I totally appreciate! I was originally given the wrong room but once Informed the owner he amended this and apologised. The original room I wanted actually had a broken door panel which he explained but it didn’t bother me to be honest. Loved the bath and the projector - a few things unfortunately that need to be looked into, the bathroom flooded during my shower with the water migrating to the right side which then needed me to physically use whatever I could to get the water towards the shower drain. The bath, when you’re running it the attached shower continuously also drops water again which I had to get whatever I could to soak up. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, bath salts would be a lovely touch considering I feel the bath is a real selling point to the room. The cutlery was dirty but it’s ok because I wash anything before I use it. In the morning workmen whithin the apartment were making the MOST noise, literally in the little terrace just under the apartments windows however the apartment does have supply pair of earbuds which I soon realised was needed. Either way I will stay again for sure but yeah needs some tweaks which I’m highlighting as constructive feedback. Thanks Gurmukh

Ich bin hier einmal im Jahr, da es nicht weit vom NEC in Birmingham entfernt ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, so nahe der Autobahn, aber es fühlt sich so ruhig und entspannt, wie Sie im Land sind. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Ich war in diesem Hotel viele Male im Laufe der Jahre und nur einmal den Schwimmbad, der die einzige Nebenanlage zu diesem Ort ist, benutzt. Ich würde nicht wieder als nicht die entspannende Hotelerfahrung, die ich erwartet hatte, wie sehr beschäftigt, nutzen. Die Zahlung der öffentlichen Ausgaben über die Hotelbewohner scheint vorrangig zu sein, und das Wechselzimmer war mit den verwendeten Handtüchern hoch auf dem Boden aufgetaucht. Die Mitarbeiter standen um, mit ihren Partnern zu lachen und mussten abbrechen, um zu fragen, wo man Handtücher bekommt, dann musste ein anderes Mitglied der Öffentlichkeit fragen, wie man die Lockeln öffnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterhin verwenden, aber nicht riskieren den Schwimmbad wieder.
