Das Hotel liegt an der wohlhabendsten Stelle der antiken Stadt Zhouzhuang, aber bei geschlossener Tür ist es ein ruhiger Ort im Trubel. Der kleine Innenhof ist sehr komfortabel und eignet sich sehr gut für Treffen mit Familie und Freunden zusammen. Auch die Besitzerin war sehr begeistert und kam zum Eingang des malerischen Ortes, um uns zu begrüßen. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit wieder hier übernachten.

Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet – sehr nah am Ticketschalter von Shen Ting, man ist sofort im Herzen der Altstadt. Shen Ting, Zhang Yuan und die Doppelbrücken befinden sich alle in unmittelbarer Nähe, was äußerst praktisch ist. Die Pension ist ebenfalls sehr schön, klein aber fein und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich hatte zwar nur noch das günstigste Zimmer buchen können, aber abgesehen davon, dass es etwas kleiner war, war es absolut in Ordnung. Warmwasser, Klimaanlage, Beleuchtung und Steckdosen funktionierten einwandfrei. Bei unserer Ankunft regnete es, und die Mitarbeiter hatten sogar schon vorab den Luftentfeuchter und die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet – das war toll. Als wir unser deponiertes Gepäck abholten, boten sie uns zudem unaufgefordert Eiswasser an, was wirklich sehr aufmerksam war. Es gab nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt: Der Smart-TV hatte leider kein Abo, sodass man keine Filme streamen konnte. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Great hotel with amazing decor, honestly felt like a 5 star and super value for money for the price it is at. Check in was fast and they had available rooms hence we will able to get to our rooms before the usual check in time. Location was great as it was very near the city center, and there were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance Would be one of my top choices of hotel options if I come back again

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich viel gereist und habe in vielen Hotels übernachtet, und die Erfahrungen hier sind wirklich sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde modernisiert und war geräumig und sauber. Da es Nebensaison war und wir unter der Woche dort waren, waren nicht viele Leute da. Dieser Ort ist perfekt für alle, die dem Trubel der Stadt entfliehen und ein paar Tage allein verbringen möchten. Vom Moment des Eincheckens an gab es ständig Überraschungen. Ich konnte die Aromatherapie durch Riechen des Duftes auswählen. Außerdem gab es im Zimmer eine Minibar mit allerlei Snacks und Getränken. Jeden Nachmittag wurde Nachmittagstee serviert, einschließlich Obst und kleinen Desserts. Es war schade, dass ich in diesen Tagen wegen des Hustens nicht viel essen konnte, haha. Service: Der Service ist einwandfrei und auf Ihre Anfragen wird eingegangen. Ticket für die Altstadt von Zhouzhuang: Dies ist ebenfalls inbegriffen. Vereinbaren Sie einfach einen Termin mit der Hausdame. Es ist sehr praktisch. Mit dem Taxi dauert die Fahrt nach Zhouzhuang mehr als 20 Minuten.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was massive, very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were excellent — very attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt well-managed and professional. The location is also a major highlight. It is very close to Kunshan Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for travel. One of the best parts was the view of the high-speed trains passing by, which was really enjoyable and made the stay feel unique. Overall, this was a great stay with spacious rooms, wonderful service, a fantastic location, and a memorable view. I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Das Bett ist weich und hart und eine gute Nacht. Das Eltern- und Kinderprojekt wurde sehr sorgfältig durchgeführt. Innenparks, kleine Tiere, Ringe am See reiten sollten alle, die Kinder haben besonders glücklich. Es gibt viele Arten von Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe, jetzt sind die Speisen, die Kuchen und die Früchte sehr frisch. Das Personal der Rezeption ist mäßig, intim und hat alle Probleme rechtzeitig gelöst. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend und es ist sehr vorsichtig, selbst zu fahren. Ob es sich um eine Familien-Baby oder einen kurzen Urlaub handelt, der Preis ist sehr hoch, wurde in der zweiten Liste aufgenommen!
