一次很好的入住體驗。酒店有免費停車場（需要入住後把車牌報給前台）7樓是服務枱跟餐廳（吃早餐的地方，早餐做的蠻好吃）酒店新開的，設施很新，裝修也很大氣。床品也很舒服，唯一缺點就是隔音稍稍差了一點。酒店的服務真的很好，猶豫我的疏忽手機丟了，室外風大還冷，前台領班就穿着單薄的工作服陪我裏裡外外找手機找了很久，包括安保人員拿着手電筒角角落落幫我找手機。直到發現是個烏龍事件（手機一直在房間）工作人員全程耐心安撫我，陪同我，讓我覺得很安心。以後來崑山，我一定會再住這裏。真的是一次很好的入住體驗。

酒店在周莊新牌樓附近，離景區門口很近，衹需要幾分鐘。酒店門口不遠就是新牌樓公交站，坐公交車、打車，都非常的方便，前面幾步路，就是周莊新牌樓，那邊有很多飯店、小吃店、超市，吃早餐、吃飯都非常便捷。我們訂的房間房間是中式裝修，還有個獨立小露台，可以一家人曬曬太陽喝喝茶挺好的。同樓層還有個大的公共露台，如何人多的話，可以在那坐坐，聊聊天，綠植景觀很漂亮。酒店服務態度也很好，走的時候還送了一袋當地的小特產襪底酥！下次如果還來周莊的話，還是會入住周莊白蜆湖酒店的！
