We stayed here during our Disneyland trip and found it to be a great choice for the occasion. The hotel is within walking distance to both Disneyland and Disney Downtown, which made getting around super convenient.
🍽️ The room was equipped with a microwave—a nice touch for quick meals or snacks. Everything else was quite standard, nothing fancy, but it had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
🛍️ There are pharmacies and other shops nearby, so essentials are easy to grab. If you're coming for Disney, this place is definitely worth considering.
👍 Overall: Simple, practical, and well-located for Disney-goers.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Lage von Disney, direkt gegenüber dem roten grünen Licht ✨✨ Disney in Kalifornien ist wirklich interessant und ist immer offen für ０, so dass es sehr spät ist, zurück zum Hotel zu kommen. Mitternacht Aufenthalt macht mich auch sehr gut 👨🏻
Ich habe es nicht verwendet, weil es nur eine Nacht gibt, aber es gibt Cafés, McDonald's, 24H Restaurants umgeben? Es gibt noch etwas, das sehr bequem ist. Vor Disney habe ich auch meine Handtasche gehalten. 🌞
Die Größe des Zimmers ist normal, der Wasserdruck im Moment ist etwas schwach, aber es gibt kein Problem, die Nacht zu verbringen.
Wenn Sie nach Disney gehen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben 🧡

部屋は広くて清潔でしたし、ディズニーランドの花火も部屋から見ることが出来ました。
外の廊下を歩く人の声が良く聞こえますが、夜中に出歩く人はいなかったので全く気になりませんでした。
また泊まりたいと思います。

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt in einer tollen Lage in der Nähe von Themenparks, Restaurants und Gemüsegeschäften. Das ursprüngliche Zimmer, das ich gegeben hatte, war an der Ausfahrtstür, die geschlossen blieb, wann immer jemand in und aus kommt und neben dem Aufzug, so dass Sie das Geräusch hören würden, wann immer jemand es nutzt. Ich bat mich, in ein anderes Zimmer zu verlagern, und sie waren glücklich gezwungen. Das Zimmer war sogar besser als das erste. Ich hatte keine Probleme danach. Das Zimmer war perfekt mit Küchenzeile und alle Zubehör, die ich kochen musste. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer war ruhig.

GGastnutzerHello we arrived earlier than our time and Alexa was very thoughtful and helpful! Our ac unit was not working and we were moved to a bigger room without any extra charges and the ac unit worked well and kept us cool which was a relief because the weather was in the 100s which is very unusual. The complaint I have is the hotel is a bit run down and one of the guest was smoking *** because you could smell it throughout the hallway. I would possibly stay at portofino again but it really needs a renovation staff is very friendly and helpful no complaint with staff!

On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
