Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einrichtungen, Service und Reinigung sind sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, viele Menschen sind sehr beliebt. Ich möchte noch einmal leben.

Can’t really beat the location - it’s only 5 minute walk to Toy Story parking lot and it’s easier entry into the Disneyland since the security clearance is done at the parking lot (there’s bigger crowd at the security gates at the park)

Der direkte Fußweg zum Disney Resort dauert etwa 15 Minuten, es ist also leicht zu erreichen und zu verstehen! Sie haben unser Zimmer kostenlos mit einem Badezimmer aufgewertet. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und großartig! Es war schön, vom Balkon aus nach draußen gehen zu können, und es war auch schön, in der Nähe von Seventeen und einer Apotheke zu sein. Dies ist das beste Hotel, in dem ich übernachten möchte, wenn ich wieder nach Anaheim komme!

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

Großes Hotel für Familien. Das Frühstück war nicht so spannend wie die Bewertungen sagten. Sehr langsam zu Top-Brötchen und Waffeln und halten Sie sich sehr lange, um Ihre eigene zu machen. Kein Bacon 😳 Große Kaffee im Café/Bar gemacht

Die Lage ist großartig, sichere Nachbarschaft. Reiset für ein Konzert im Honda Zentrum und konnte dort in 5 Minuten mit wenig Verkehr oder Schwierigkeiten zu erreichen. Hotel hat eine große Atmosphäre, möchte dort buchen. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht das beste. Seitentisch hatte Pen-Töchter. Fixierung im Badezimmer wurde gebrochen. Es gab Müll in verschiedenen Bereichen von früheren Besuchern. Pee-Fliesen auf der Badezimmerwand und andere Fliesen um die Möbel.

Die Rezeption empfängt Sie warm, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, sehr zufrieden Du solltest dich in diesen Berg, dieses Wasser, alles in dieser Welt und Blumen mit dir selbst lieben. Nicht zwischen dem kleinen Liebe und dem kleinen Liebe.

酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。

Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
