Klein Hotel in einer bequemen Lage mit Restaurants in der Nähe und einem schönen Kaffee im Inneren. Parkplatz ist begrenzt. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr klangsicher, so konnten wir Notfahrzeug aus dem nahe gelegenen Krankenhaus nachts hören. Der Pool ist klein, besser für Kinder und nicht sehr sauber. Gesamt, guter Preis.

The Smart Hotel Hat Yai is in a great location, near Central Hatyai and Makro, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which is very helpful for travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide good service throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Hat Yai.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Großer Service und günstige Lage, aber einige kleinere Fragen Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und im Allgemeinen hatten wir eine angenehme Erfahrung. Es gibt eine 7-Eleven nur um die Ecke, die sehr nützlich ist. Das Hotel ist auch ziemlich nahe dem ASEAN Night Market und Central Hat Yai, so dass es einfach zu erkunden das Gebiet. Das Hotel bietet zwar keine speziellen Parkplätze, aber es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und entlang der Rückgale. Allerdings kann es aufgrund der Bar nebenan die Nacht ziemlich voll werden. Wir haben es uns noch gelungen, während unseres Aufenthalts Parkplätze zu finden, aber manchmal müssen Sie ein wenig zu Fuß gehen. Unterseite: Die größte Frage ist die Bar direkt neben dem Hotel. Es wird ziemlich laut nach 10 Uhr, und wir könnten die Musik in unserem Zimmer deutlich hören. Wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafanzug oder geräuschsensible sind, könnte das ein Problem sein. Die Wasserabwässerung im Bad war am ersten Abend schlecht, was das Bad nach einer Dusche überschwemmte. Es verbesserte sich am zweiten Abend etwas, aber das Wasser noch vor dem Abwasser gesammelt. Wir reservierten ein Doppelzimmer, und eine der Betten war ziemlich woblyit schockierte jedes Mal, wenn jemand bewegte. Das andere Bett war jedoch gut. Trotz dieser Fragen hat der freundliche Service und die bequeme Lage unseren Aufenthalt angenehmen gemacht. Wenn die Lärm- und Kleinwartungsprobleme Sie nicht stören, ist dieses Hotel eine anständige Wahl für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Hat Yai.

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Parkplätze, sauber, aber Wasserdruck war niedrig, Hoffnung kann es verbessern, außer dass, gut hier bleiben, wird wieder kommen 😍😍

This location is so strategic; it’s is so near to most of the places im going, example Kim Yong Market, Lucas cafe for a cup of morning dirty, Lee garden night market etc. Will definitely come back during my next visit!

I stayed at Tachang Airport Hotel and found it very convenient, especially since it’s located near the airport. It’s a great option if you need a place to stay before catching an early flight the next day. Another downside is that there is no lift, so guests need to use the stairs to access the rooms. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Overall, it’s still a practical choice for a short stay near the airport, but keep in mind the limited facilities and accessibility concerns.

Kam an und bat alle Gäste um eine Karte. Es fühlte sich seltsam an. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer trennt keine Nass- und Trockenzonen. Das Duschwasser ist nicht sehr stark. Das Zimmer riecht muffig. Wenn man die Schuhe auszieht, fühlt sich der Boden des Zimmers nicht sehr sauber an. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Die Baumaterialien des Gebäudes sind nicht sehr gut. Man kann die Leute reden hören. Das Geräusch des Fernsehers neben dem Zimmer, Aufenthalt im 2. Stock, Balkon mit Blick auf eine Häuserzeile, nicht privat. Die Vorhänge müssen immer geschlossen sein. Nachts trinken und trinken junge Leute laut. Ein- und Ausfahren mit dem Motorrad Am Morgen ist das Geräusch eines Müllwagens zu hören. Das Licht im Raum ist etwas schwach, besonders am Schminktisch.

Der Preis ist vernünftig, Lage alles ok Aber das Hotelzimmer ist schlimmer, im Zimmer, wir können klar hören, was die Leute im Korridor reden. Besonders um Mitternacht, wenn die Leute gehen und reden, ist es zu laut, um zu schlafen.
