3-Sterne-Hotels in Hat Yai

Das estetische und vibe des Hotels ist erstklassig. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. Kleines Boutique-Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern machen es etwas gemütlicher und persönlicher. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig wert der Preis. Neben der Lobby ist ein Kaffee zu finden.

Die Check-in-Prozesse war reizend und angenehm. Das Hotel hat ein schönes und modernes Design, und ich persönlich liebe die allgemeine Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut gepflegt. Das Bett war extrem komfortabel und ich schlief sehr schnell und hatte eine tolle Nachtruhe. Das Hotel bietet einen großen Preis für Geld und alles war gut für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt bereit. Insgesamt empfehle ich das Lantern Hotel jedem, der Hat Yai besucht. Ich würde sicherlich auf meiner nächsten Reise hier nochmal bleiben!

The hotel quite nice and comfortable for stay. The staff there very friendly for help anything if can, environment and room clean, can also travel to Makro and Central Hatyai easily. If need go to town around need take grab or tuk tuk around 10min for arrival.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Service is excellent. Right after I arrived by Grab staff came in to help with my luggage. Room is clean and location is nice too. It’s right in the middle so it’ll feel like it’s far from Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden (10 minutes walk each). However, it’s still walkable as the route is in straight line. Minus point is only the view lol since my balcony faced the back and there was a construction.

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

Kam an und bat alle Gäste um eine Karte. Es fühlte sich seltsam an. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer trennt keine Nass- und Trockenzonen. Das Duschwasser ist nicht sehr stark. Das Zimmer riecht muffig. Wenn man die Schuhe auszieht, fühlt sich der Boden des Zimmers nicht sehr sauber an. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Die Baumaterialien des Gebäudes sind nicht sehr gut. Man kann die Leute reden hören. Das Geräusch des Fernsehers neben dem Zimmer, Aufenthalt im 2. Stock, Balkon mit Blick auf eine Häuserzeile, nicht privat. Die Vorhänge müssen immer geschlossen sein. Nachts trinken und trinken junge Leute laut. Ein- und Ausfahren mit dem Motorrad Am Morgen ist das Geräusch eines Müllwagens zu hören. Das Licht im Raum ist etwas schwach, besonders am Schminktisch.

It's great to know this place, not that far from Lee Garden or Central Festival HatYai.. The house is very large and very clean. The owner is very warm and welcome. There's no car parking , but we can parking in front of the house and an area around the house (3 cars can be fit in and secure, Malaysian travelers can drive your car and parking here then you can call Grab Car or Grab TukTuk it's very convenient, The price is fair and don't wasting time to deal with Hat Yai's Cheater TukTuk but you need to call Grab out of TukTuk'sline ex. Lee Graden )) Good to stay with Big Family there're kid and adults facility .. Very convenient !! Recommend !!!

Nice rooms! But u will need to bring own hair dryer incase the hotel run out of hair dryers~ the whole experience is nice. Staff are all friendly and they are happy to help all customers
