The aesthetic and vibe of the hotel is first class. The staffs were friendly and always willing to help. Small boutique hotel with few rooms make it bit more cosy and personal. The room was clean, spacious worth the price. There's a cafe right beside the lobby which serve a good coffee.

Die Check-in-Prozesse war reizend und angenehm. Das Hotel hat ein schönes und modernes Design, und ich persönlich liebe die allgemeine Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut gepflegt. Das Bett war extrem komfortabel und ich schlief sehr schnell und hatte eine tolle Nachtruhe. Das Hotel bietet einen großen Preis für Geld und alles war gut für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt bereit. Insgesamt empfehle ich das Lantern Hotel jedem, der Hat Yai besucht. Ich würde sicherlich auf meiner nächsten Reise hier nochmal bleiben!

The warm welcome from front desk and houskeeping is the first impression. The room amenities is all I need, love the scent of shower gel, so refresh. The bed is so soft and comfortable, sleep tight and deep. Such a good relaxation. Thank you all the team member at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel, you made me a plesant stay :)

One of the best Islamic hotels we have stayed at! 🌙✨ Remas Hotel is such a wonderful choice for Muslim families. We really loved the room — very clean, neat, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt peaceful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. 🏨❤️ The room was so good and comfortable, making it the perfect place to rest and relax with the family after a long day. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Cleanliness, comfort, and the Islamic-friendly environment made our experience even more special. 🥰 Highly recommended for Muslim families looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. Me and my husband love this hotel. It is located beside Makro and also near to Central Hatyai Mall. Near to asean night bazar. Got 7e near hotel. U can also drive about 5min to reach the new supermarket Go wholesale. The receptionist is friendly, can speak malay also. But have to pay 500baht by cash for deposit. They will returned once u check out. They also clean your room everyday. For me, it is worth it with the price, locations&cleanliness.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

Das Zimmer ist nett. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr cool. Die Lage ist großartig. Wanderweite zum Lee Garden Night Market, Robinson Mall, Bahnhof und Massage-Parlors. Sehr empfohlen. Ich werde wieder bleiben.

Great location with 7-Eleven, food, massage shops and the train station all nearby. Very convenient for getting around. However, the hotel looks quite old, the water pressure was weak, and unfortunately there was a power outage during our stay. Overall, a convenient place to stay, but the hotel could use some renovation.
