Hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Casa 33 Hatyai! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr freundlich und immer bereit, mit allem zu helfen, was wir brauchten. Wir waren auch mit einem erfrischenden Willkommensgetränk, das ein schöner Kontakt war. Große Gastfreundschaft und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt37 Ich würde diesen Ort definitiv jedem besuchenden Hatyai empfehlen!

Ich bin nach zwei Jahren wieder hier. Das Hotel wurde gut gepflegt, erweitert und an die Veränderungen hinsichtlich Frühstücksangebot und Service angepasst. Da es etwas abgelegen liegt, wäre eine bis spät geöffnete Bar, zusätzliche Menüs, mehr Beleuchtung im Hoteleingang und Parkplätze für mehr Sicherheit eine tolle Ergänzung. Der Pool kann zu manchen Stunden etwas überfüllt sein, aber ansonsten ist das Ambiente insgesamt großartig!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und komfortabel für den Aufenthalt. Das Personal dort sehr freundlich für Hilfe, wenn möglich, Umgebung und Zimmer sauber, kann auch leicht nach Makro und Central Hatyai reisen. Wenn Sie in die Stadt umgeben müssen, müssen Sie um 10 Minuten fangen oder töcken.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich, geräumig und perfekt für einen Alleinreisenden. Aber das Lärmniveau war ein großes Problem. Um 2:00 bis 3:00 Uhr konnte ich ständig Leute schlagende Türen hören. Es war so laut, dass selbst hören Musik mit meinen Ohren nicht blockieren konnte. Ein paar schnelle Tipps für künftige Gäste: Sie müssen einen Haartrockner auf dem Rezeption-Desk beantragen, wenn Sie einen brauchen, und bei der Eincheckung ist eine Cash-Deposit von 300 THB erforderlich.

Malaysisch zu besuchen Hatyai, ich empfehle Ihnen hier zu bleiben. Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Umgebung (außer, es gibt in der Nähe des Krankenhauses in Bangkok, aber die Krankenwagen Sirene wird selten gehört). Das Zimmer ist größte mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, Schrank, TV, Tisch, Spiegel und etc. Komfortbett, Kühlschrank. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Gute Lage, direkt abseits des überfüllten Viertels Lee Garden, das nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Tiefgarage für ca. 8 Autos vorhanden. Sauberes Zimmer und wir hatten auf Anfrage ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Auch ein Reinigungsservice ist verfügbar.
