Had a great stay at Casa 33 Hotel Hatyai. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our experience here and definitely will come again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Hat Yai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit üppigem Grün und bietet gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie WLAN, Klimaanlage und herrlicher Aussicht. Das Highlight des Resorts ist der große Swimmingpool, umgeben von Liegestühlen und tropischer Landschaft, die eine resortähnliche Atmosphäre schaffen. Das hauseigene Restaurant bietet exzellente Speisen und serviert sowohl lokale als auch internationale Gerichte mit frischen Zutaten. Das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sorgt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit seiner ruhigen Atmosphäre und hochwertigen Einrichtungen bietet das Richmann Resort ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe von Makro und dem zentralen Hatyai-Keller. Der Empfangsmann kann Englisch für eine einfache Kommunikation sprechen. Allerdings war der Duschewasserheizer fehlerhaft oder Strom gedreht, wie das Personal dachte, um die Stromübertragung. Wir nutzen nicht den Wasserheizer. Die Klimaanlage ist gut und kühl. Sie haben eine kostenlose Kaffeeanlage für Gäste in der Nähe der Türeinfahrt.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Great price for my single night stay. The Room was clean and ready upon checking in. Pool was clean and good temperature. Conveniently located very near the airport. Perfectly located across the street from a nice restaurant for dinner and a breakfast buffet. See photo of my dinner across the street.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in Hat Yai, direkt neben einem Mini Big C-Bequemlichkeitsgeschäft. Es ist etwa 15-minute Fuß zum Greenway Night Market. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, geräumig und perfekt für einen Alleinreisenden. Aber das Lärmniveau war ein großes Problem. Um 2:00 bis 3:00 Uhr konnte ich ständig Leute schlagende Türen hören. Es war so laut, dass selbst hören Musik mit meinen Ohren nicht blockieren konnte. Ein paar schnelle Tipps für künftige Gäste: Sie müssen einen Haartrockner auf dem Rezeption-Desk beantragen, wenn Sie einen brauchen, und bei der Eincheckung ist eine Cash-Deposit von 300 THB erforderlich.

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

Das Aloha Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, direkt im Zentrum von allem. Es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Lee Garden Night Market und Kim Yong Market, und der größte 7-Eleven ist günstig direkt neben dem Hotel gelegen. Ein Grab zu bekommen ist auch sehr einfach. Die einzige Nebenwirkung ist, dass es Treppen, die zum Eingang des Hotels führen, so dass es möglicherweise nicht sehr Ältere-freundlich oder geeignet für Gäste mit schwerem Gepäck. Andererseits bietet es einen großen Wert für den gezahlten Preis.
