Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

Spotless Zimmer, offensichtlich kürzlich modernisiert - geruchlos, wenn möglich. Bett komfortable Blätter und Handtücher sauber. Beschwerden - kein Kettle in Zimmern, aber in gut ausgestatteter gemeinsamen Küche.. aber niemand will gehen und warmes Wasser für Morgenkaffee. Dann waren wir in Zimmer 301 direkt neben der Küche und einige egoistische Westen beschlossen, in der Küche um Mitternacht eine laute Gespräch zu führen. Anderes als das würde ich zurück gehen wegen seiner Reinigung, aber nicht in Zimmer 301.

This hotel is very new and somewhat inconvenient. It is high on a hill which was not very accessible by walking as major roadworks complicated the route and also slowed traffic up and down. While only 10 minutes away from the main Sabang area (climbing down), the climb up made it unpleasant and inconvenient either on foot or in a vehicle. The room was simple with limited facilities (no fridge or TV) and not competitively priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was spam and rice. The pool area was unwelcoming (exposed and bare of furniture). Service and support is pleasant but minimal. The place was empty and a little sad when we stayed (even though the town was busy). We were quite glad to leave. I think the place needs development and is a work in progress and when ready, it might be nice, but not yet.

This is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

Das Hotel ist sehr interessant als Mittelalters Schloss gebaut. Es gibt einen Schwimmbad auf dem Gebiet, manchmal live Musik wird um ihn am Abend gespielt. In den Zimmern Möbel aus natürlichem Baum, chic Betten mit Baldachin. Das Restaurant ist leckeres Essen und ein 20% Rabatt für Hotelgäste. Das Hotel ist nicht am Strand, sondern in der Nähe, in einer bequemen Lage im Zentrum. Von den Mängeln: Es war nicht immer heißes Wasser, das Zimmer sicher funktionierte nicht. Einige Zimmer sind hoch, die Treppe auf ihnen zu klettern ist schwer, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für ihr Geld ist eine sehr gute Option.

Ich genossen meine Unterkunft hier. Großer Blick, schöne Lage.

Dieses Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer direkt am White Beach gebucht, weil ich dachte, es wäre praktisch, da sich das Restaurant direkt darunter befindet. Mir wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass das Hotelrestaurant geschlossen ist. Also habe ich schließlich in Restaurants an der Strandpromenade gegessen und getrunken. ✨ Die Aussicht war fantastisch und die Rezeptionistin sehr nett. 😊 Die Fahrt vom Hafen kostet 200 Pesos hin und zurück. Auf dem Rückweg bestellte die Rezeptionistin ein Tricycle, und ich bekam 300 Pesos Rabatt von White Beach nach Sabang Beach. 🏍️ Da man nur entlang der Strandpromenade von Bar zu Bar ziehen kann, ist dies eine tolle Option für alle, die sich entspannen und die Aussicht genießen möchten. 👍 Meine einzigen Kritikpunkte sind, dass es keinen Föhn gibt und nur nicht schäumendes Shampoo, ein kleines Stück Seife und ein Zahnbürstenset vorhanden sind. Wenn du mit einer Frau reist, wäre es vielleicht ratsam, dein eigenes, nicht schäumendes Shampoo mitzubringen. Außerdem gibt es vor dem Hotel viele Verkäufer, die einem hartnäckig Dreadlocks andrehen wollen. 😂 Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 😊

This is my third time staying at this hotel. And sadly, it just doesn’t get any better. And they even did a remodel since I was here last. Sad, old hotel that is unfortunately the best that Calapan has to offer. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and the staff very nice, but that’s about all I can say to the positive. No hot water, little in the way of amenities and the breakfast included with the room is just pathetic. All of this and reasonably expensive by Phillipines standards. I had just come from the Lalaguna Villas in Puerto Galera, so the contrasts were extreme. I am currently at the Manila Hotel, so again the contrasts are extreme. There are few options for a hotel in Calapan, they host many weddings and local events. But seriously, someone should open a decent hotel in a capital city of 140,000.

Her brother, who offers land tours, also impressed us with his great and pleasing personality, along with offering competitive prices. Ate Girly went above and beyond by answering all our inquiries and providing valuable suggestions to ensure our tour and stay were worthwhile.
