Highly recommended the staff are very accommodating specially ate Gayle she help us alot for our tour to this wonderful place so no hassle and stress free the whole place is nice and clean we enjoy a lot on our stay

We stayed four nights at Casalay Boutique Villas and Dive and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is truly special – stunning views, beautifully designed villas, a very well-kept property, and breathtaking sunsets by the pool or from the terrace. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a luxurious getaway. Be aware that getting there can be a bit tricky. Buses from Manila to Batangas City run regularly, but the last ferry departs at 4 PM. Make sure to plan your trip accordingly – we ran into some issues because of this. The food is more expensive than local options, but very clean and easily adaptable to vegetarian needs. While the vegetarian menu is limited, the manager was very accommodating and open to adjustments, which we truly appreciated. There are plenty of activities: a paid boat transfer to Secret Bay, trips to Sabang, diving, massages, and more. Just keep in mind to clarify whether you book activities through the hotel or third-party providers, as prices can vary and surcharges are common. Some small downsides: our room was only cleaned on two of the four days, which didn’t meet the highest hygiene standards, and the beach could be a little cleaner. Still, we had a very enjoyable stay. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful setting, and unique location makes this hotel highly recommendable.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber. Es gibt keine dicken Bettdecken, nur ein sehr dünnes Laken, das Sie nachts vor der Kälte weckt. Das Zimmer wird von Sonnenkollektoren angetrieben und die Hochleistungsklimaanlage ist oft ausgeschaltet Nacht. Unten im Hotel befinden sich zwei Schwimmbecken, die nicht sehr tief sind und zum Tauchen genutzt werden können. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber der Preis ist etwas teurer als in anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels auf der Insel. Wenn Sie im Hotel essen möchten, ist dies nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Sie sehr hungrig sind , denn ihre Köche können sehr gut langsam kochen, man muss mindestens 40 Minuten warten und außer dem Frühstück sind andere Gerichte im Vergleich zu den Restaurants am Sabang Beach nicht sehr lecker. Die Kellner sind sehr unwissend und schenken Ihnen kein Wasser ein. Selbst wenn Sie sie um ein Glas Wasser bitten, arrangieren sie es nicht nach dem Essen und bereiten keine Papierhandtücher für Sie vor. Sie können sie zum Tauchen im Hotel finden, aber ihr Boot wartet nicht auf Sie, nachdem es Sie zum Tauchplatz gebracht hat. Das ist sehr unfreundlich. Wenn Ihr Begleiter nicht tauchen möchte, muss er auf dem Meer treiben Erstens, was sehr unsicher ist. Der Tauchlehrer ist sehr professionell und geduldig, was sehr gut ist. Der letzte Punkt, über den ich mich beschweren muss, ist, dass ich das Hotel gebeten habe, mir bei der Buchung des Fährtickets um 15:30 Uhr zu helfen. Außerdem hatte das Boot eine Verspätung von einer Stunde und 30 Minuten schnelles Boot, aber ein großes Boot. Das war für meine zukünftigen Reisen sehr schädlich. Insgesamt lohnt sich dieses Hotel, es ist sauber und hygienisch und verfügt über professionelle Tauchlehrer. Nur der Service des Hotels muss mithalten.

Der Pool ist repariert und das Hotel ist noch besser.

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅
