The hotel is located about 10-15mins walk from Nagano station and is easily navigated using google map. Hotel provide luggage forwarding service and luggage deposit after checkout. Amenities are not provided in the room but upon check in, hotel staff will inform you to pick what you need from the area at the hotel lobby. It can also be picked up at anytime of the day. The lobby also have a coffee machine serving hot chocolate and coffee throughout the day. Pastry are provided at certain hour as well. One time free Sake tasting per guest where you need to pick up special coin from the hotel staff. Rooms are clean and quite spacious.

Room is abit small but for short stay it’s ok. Thank you for setting up the bed for us before checking in as we have 3 person. Is only about 5 mins walk from Nagano station. Easy to locate and there’s a small ramen restaurant and sushi right next to Hotel and also Wendy’s burger. There is no bottled water provided in the room. Saw from reviews that Hotel will provide coins to buy bottled water from vending machine however I didn’t see any. Anyway, it’s small matter, no issue. Great 1 nite stay. Will consider staying the same hotel next time.

Tq Toyoko,i had a wonderful stay at yr hotel.Check in and check out was fast and easy.The staffs were friendly and helpful.The room was very comfortable and clean.As for buffet breakfast not much choices...aa for muslim traveller...looking for halal food...I had sweet potato,rice and some salad...but it was lovely n delicious especially the carrot juice!! I would definitely recommended it!!

One of the bigger hotel rooms I have stayed in Japan so far. Free welcome cake and drink, free unlimited ice cream during your stay and a small treat when checking out. They also have the most variety of tea available for you to enjoy during your stay. The hotel is also quite close to the Nagano station. You can see the hotel building when you exit the East exit.

Das Bett ist ziemlich klein für 2. Zimmerraum schwer zu bewegen, aber wir haben es geschafft, weil es für einen Nachtaufenthalt ist. Wie die Reinigung und Einrichtungen bereitgestellt. Lage zum Hauptstation Nagano hilft! Leben Sie bis zum Hotelname als Mitarbeiter waren sehr willkommen und sie lächelten 😀

The location is great, just have to cross a bridge from the train station. And there were many food options around the train station area. The room was clean and just the right size for a single traveller. There was even a microwave oven in the room! The hotel is quite strict on its check in timings, its not really a downside, just a heads up for people who might try their luck for early check ins.

Dieser Ort ist ~5mins Fuß vom Zenkoji Tempel. Nachbarschaft ist friedlich in der Nacht. Schuhe werden außerhalb der Unterkunft entfernt. Zimmer sind im 2. Stock, so dass Sie Ihr Gepäck aufnehmen müssen (kein Aufzug). Das Zimmer (mit Fenster) ist riesig. Sie müssen die Treppe nach unten zu benutzen, um das geteilte Toilette und geteilte Wäsche (keine Toilette im Zimmer). Wir hatten nur 30 Minuten von Onsen Zeit für 2 Pax - Paare wurden nicht erlaubt, die Onsen gleichzeitig zu verwenden, so dass wir nacheinander gehen mussten (Ich bin nicht sicher, ob die Anweisungen verloren in der Übersetzung..). Ich fühlte mich sehr beschleunigt, so dass ich nicht wirklich die Erfahrung von den Onsen genießen konnte, aber insgesamt war schön und sauber. Interessante 6.30am Tour rund um die Gegend und innerhalb des Tempels selbst, gefolgt von einem einfachen vegetarischen Frühstück (Porridge mit Omakas-stile Seiten mit Miso-Soße) zurück auf die Unterkunft. Die Morgentour dauerte von 6.30am - 8.30am. Die Unterkunft gab jedem Pax eine Fleischblatt, um uns in den Zenkoji Tempel zu bringen, um uns während der Morgengebetszeremonie warm zu halten. Wir gingen am 30. Dez und es war so COLD. Interessante Erfahrung insgesamt, aber der Unterkunftspreis ist ziemlich hoch.

Location is a bit far from the JR station. Good that there are plenty of option for convenience store. Most of all, the staff's are very friendly. We also love the coffee!

Die Lage ist günstig, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof Nagano. Das Hotel ist schon vom Bahnhofsausgang aus sichtbar, und im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Family Mart. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Mitternachtssnacks (Soba-Nudeln) und Getränke an. Die Hotellobby befindet sich im ersten Stock. Der Aufzug war leider außer Betrieb, aber das Personal hilft Ihnen gerne mit Ihrem Gepäck.
