3-Sterne-Hotels in Kumamoto

The hotel is conveniently located near Kumamoto Station, making it easy to travel around the area. The hot springs area is quite small, and there is no water dispenser available. The breakfast is simple with a limited selection of dishes. The hotel has only one elevator, so there can sometimes be a wait during busy periods. On the positive side, there is a welcome bar in the evening with complimentary soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, which is a nice touch.

Location is very good, walking distance to the shopping streets. We had everything we need from the amenities area. Breakfast is very good range, and most important YUMMY! The staffs at the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful too, they even helped my son (5yr old) with his drink he wants 🥰 We loved the bath, face and hand towels that are used in the hotel. They feel so soft to the skin!

The room was nice, clean and peaceful for my solo 2 nights stay, and the bed and pillows were really soft and comfortable. The toilet is slightly small but it was clean. My stay also came with free breakfast, which I felt was just average as the japanese selection was on the saltier side. The location was a bit far off as I had to take the tram from the Kumamoto station with my luggage and walk a bit of distance to get to the hotel. However, the hotel is quite near the main indoor shopping streets which was convenient for me to walk around at night.

Omg, to cansel another hotel and change booking to this was my best decision! A had awesome view! I really enjoyed it during the late evening, check the photo. Breakfast was so good, I never leave dinning area hungry. Lovely! In case the space is full, you can take it to your room. With that view, I wasn't against 😉 Other things like in every other Toyoko inn.

The breakfast was perfect. Workers were polite. BUT the room was moldy, smelled bad, disgusting. The picture can't show how disgusting it was.. it almost looks clean on my pictures sorry. It was really worst I asked for a better room that was actually better but still not good enough. Respect yourself and your health choose another hotel.
