GastnutzerLocation is very good, walking distance to the shopping streets.
We had everything we need from the amenities area.
Breakfast is very good range, and most important YUMMY! The staffs at the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful too, they even helped my son (5yr old) with his drink he wants 🥰
We loved the bath, face and hand towels that are used in the hotel. They feel so soft to the skin!

M.Sim007Fantastic new hotel! We took a 37sm corner room, large for japan standard Breakfast soread is good and delicious. Hotel beds are also the best so.far (for tjis 10days trup Kyushu) location is ver central, food plentiful..only issue we had is carpark (due to the central location and probably due to Golden Week,), no parking anywhere near the hotel and ended up waiting for more than an hr to park at Times parking which cost 3600 yen till next day. Overall, we highly recommend this hote.l

MissMaeTravelsZentral gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe von der Haupteinkaufsmeile und der Mall/Busbahnhof Sakuramachi. Tram-Linie A ist quasi vor der Tür. In 10 Min ist man damit am Hauptbahnhof Kumamoto.
Die Burg ist ca 20 Min zu Fuss entfernt.
Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Unbedingt das Frühstück mitbuchen, denn das hat lokale Spezialitäten parat und ist für den asiatischen Gaumen ideal.

GastnutzerThe hotel is located very close to near to the train station with AEON Mall just across the road. The hotel also provides sufficient parking space for guests. We appreciated the hospitality and professional services provided by the hotel staff. For the American breakfast, it’s yummy with various drinks. The hotel also provides free welcome drinks starting at 1600 hrs for guests. In terms of cost effectiveness, it’s ranked highest.

GastnutzerThe location is nice, close to the castle. It was nice to visit onsen in the hotel and try curry with horse meat in the evening. The breakfast was good too - buffet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
But the bed was sooo extremely small for 2 people. We are exhausted and could not normally sleep. I don’t know why the sell such small beds in rooms for 2. This was only but very big disadvantage.
I guess if you are alone it is perfect.

FairyflossLoved our stay at this hotel. The beds were a good size and comfortable, and the kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed. The room also had a washing machine with a bathroom drying function, which was really convenient.
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and paid parking was available just next to the hotel. There’s also a convenience store right across the street within walking distance. Despite our room being located near the lift, it was surprisingly quiet and we had a good rest throughout our stay.

Es liegt gleich links vom Bahnhof Kumamoto. Das Schild ist schon von weitem zu sehen. Ich persönlich rate davon ab, die Überführung zu benutzen; im Sommer ist es dort unglaublich heiß und es gibt keinen Schatten. Man kann auch links vom Bahnhofsgebäude Kumamoto über die Straße gehen, was ebenfalls eine gute Option ist. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß und es gab keinen Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber das Brathähnchen und die Pommes waren in Ordnung.

JOLIYO2012Es liegt direkt am Fluss, daher ist der Blick auf den Fluss schön, aber für einen Familienausflug etwas weit. Sowohl vom Bahnhof als auch von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist es ein weiter Weg. Das Essen war köstlich und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Sie halfen mir sogar, ein Taxi zu bestellen und mein Gepäck zu finden, nachdem ich es in der Lobby abgestellt hatte. Vielen Dank.

slowslothDer Aufenthalt war sehr komfortabel und alles war großartig. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel für einen Alleinreisenden wie mich und ich hatte eine gute Ruhe. Es war einfach mit Zugtrassen vor dem Hotel zu erreichen. Ich würde bei Besuch von Kumamoto wieder bleiben!
