They provide a good service and do everything so well, that you want to continue your stay there!
When we came into the room, there was a table laid with tea and Japanese desert mocha for two people. I appreciate for that!
The Japanese kaiseki dinner was up to my taste, but not all the food as I could not recognise the taste of some and I simply didn’t like it. My daughter doesn’t like fish, so she could taste only a few dishes. She liked rice (how good it was cooked).
A wonderful sunset and a wonderful sunrise is way I intended to see! I did! It was amazing! Photos attached. Try to see it, too!
The breakfast was also with fish. As for me, it was tasty. My daughter found it not to her taste.
Onsen was relaxing and very good to visit! Worthy!
They drove us to the station after our stay at the hotel.
I appreciate the hotel for the accommodation and service! I recommend this hotel, but I would come hear earlier to spend more time in ryokan!

VVegan 美味しいI had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

MMinihahawenchenggongzhuAbgesehen von den älteren Einrichtungen ist alles andere ziemlich gut. Allerdings habe ich es seit mehreren Jahren nicht mehr gesehen. Ich habe festgestellt, dass es nicht mehr so viele Kunden gibt, die heißen Quellen nicht mehr überfüllt sind und die Qualität des Frühstücks am Morgen wurde ebenfalls verkleinert, aber die Zimmer sind immer noch die gleichen, die heißen Quellen sind immer noch die gleichen und sogar der Parkplatz am Eingang ist immer noch derselbe, was die Menschen nostalgisch für die Vergangenheit macht.

JJakub MikolajObsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

GGastnutzerIt is locate in the hill, takes about 10min to drive up or down to the nearest 7 11. Check in was easy. Onsen facility is great. Perfect for a couple trip. Kitchen is great, we drove to supermarket that is like 20min away for some grocery to cook at home. Very relax area.

MM255284****Wie kommt es, dass ein so gutes Hotel keine Bewertungen hat? Wir haben dieses Hotel über Deepseek gefunden. Wir waren zunächst etwas zögerlich, da wir keine Bewertungen von chinesischen Touristen finden konnten, aber das gesamte Erlebnis war perfekt. Der Hintereingang ist mit dem Zoo verbunden, und Capibalara ist in 5 Minuten zu sehen! Das Thermalbecken ist relativ konventionell und praktisch gestaltet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Frühstück und Abendessen sind empfehlenswert. Jeder geht pünktlich zum entsprechenden Tisch im Zimmer, um ein komplettes japanisches Menü zu genießen (ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es Kaiseki ist). Es ähnelt westlichem Essen, mit einer Reihe von Vorder-, Mittel- und Hintergerichten, aber alle im japanischen Stil. Ich habe viele neue Kochkombinationen probiert. Die Leute in der Umgebung sind hauptsächlich Japaner, die im Urlaub sind, und es gibt viele Eltern-Kind-Aktivitäten mit Kindern. Das Eintauchen in das lokale Leben ist umfassend.

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

SSTANLEY KWANDas Hotel ist im Bahnhof in einem kostenlosen Autotransport sehr bequem. Es gibt ein Problem mit Bier und Mehl zum Abendessen, die Art der Lebensmittel ist nicht viel, aber der Geschmack ist normal, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Edo kommen würde.
