Wenn die Gäste den Innenhof betreten, werden sie von wunderschönen Bäumen und freundlichem Personal begrüßt. und hinterlassen Sie relevante Informationen. Ich werde Sie über die Hotelsituation informieren (die Öffnungszeiten der beiden heißen Quellen, einschließlich der heißen Quellen im Innenbereich und der heißen Quellen im Freien auf dem Gipfel des Berges, sind für Männer und Frauen getrennt. SSuperhumaEin sehr gutes Hotel, ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Aufgrund der steilen Steigung ist es besser, wenn man viel Gepäck hat oder Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen hat, ein Taxi vom Bahnhof zum Hotel zu nehmen. Es handelt sich um ein Resort im Resort-Stil mit 7/8 heißen Quellen zur privaten Nutzung. Es wird empfohlen, im Hotel zu Abend zu essen, die Qualität ist sehr hoch und es gibt nicht viel zu essen in der Nähe. Die Küste mit ihrer wunderschönen Landschaft und dünn besiedelten Gebieten erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

GGCTVery very nice owner who is always willing to go the extra mile. Appreciate very much. Place is not the newest but cleanliness and service are top notch and near to station! When we were leaving the dining hall, they even turn the slippers towards our convenience. Can’t ask for more. A very inviting place!! Food is yummy as well. Should try breakfast and dinner for at least one time! :)

The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist hervorragend, mit geräumigen Zimmern und schönen Landschaften. Es bietet Einrichtungen wie ein offenes Bad, Schwimmbad, Karaoke und Tennisplatz. Auch können Sie einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum und von der JR-Station buchen. Es fühlt sich wie ein wenig Abfall für nur zwei Personen es ist besser für vier bis fünf Gäste.
Das Personal ist warm und aufmerksam.
Da das Hotel in den Bergen liegt, traf ich einen Centipede im Halle.
Wandern dort wird nicht empfohlen.

JJakub MikolajObsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

GGastnutzerSchöne Onsen unser Lieblings-Reisemitglied in Japan mit meiner Familie! Das traditionelle Frühstück war lecker mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, ruhig und geräumig und alles war außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Reinigungsbesatzung macht wirklich eine wunderbare Arbeit.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut beherbergt, es ist sehr gut, es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof entfernt und es ist ein großer Pluspunkt, das eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Gäste zur Verfügung hat.
Sehr empfohlen wir würden gerne hier nochmal bleiben!

Erinnern Sie sich an die alten fünf Sternen Hotels auf Puggie und Bali. Das gesamte Paket ist auch sehr kostengünstig.
Leider kann die In- und Auswärtige Wartung nicht befolgt werden, und jeder Teil wird schwer verschlechtert. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch ein gutes Blumen, so lassen Sie uns es gut schlafen. Die Außenwand ist auch sehr schwarz, so dass Sie Kercher aufsteigen wollen. Ich möchte mehr Klarheit.

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

MMic890The staff here are very helpful and polite, they even helped me to contact the next hotel for clarification. Only I recommend them to build a store room around the parking lot so that the huge size of the luggage can be left there for overseas traveller and no need to bring up to the hotel by walking the long stairs, if any. Also, they can provide a simple map in the website to locate their exact hotel location and nearby shops, cafe and supermarket, train station, etc. For me, I had a great experience spent in this hotel. If you like to see sunrise, it also a good place to stay in ocean view room. If you like running, you can run along the hill side with wonderful ocean view.
