GGastnutzerThe staff was pretty cooperative and responsive. Their restaurant serves good food as well in case you are short of time and cannot enjoy the local city food. Even the proximity to the mahakaleshwar travel is not too far. One can walk and talk and reach the temple in approx 20 nins.

GGastnutzerRoom was neat & clean, ambiences of the hotel was so amazing and had very appealing lighting and architecture hence got very lovely pictures. Also, it is near to bus station and in middle of the market. There are lots of restaurants near by the hotels for food variety and they are very amazing.

GGastnutzerI stayed two nights here. Welcome by the owner and it is pleasant. Complimentary items were up to mark and top notch. The price may be high as per my point of view. On the second day of stay complimentary nit provided.

GGastnutzerHotelgebühren sind etwas höher auf der Seite, die den Raum im Zimmer bietet und mit Mangel an Bekleidungslagerung/Hang arrangieren. Hotel ist sehr nahe der Hauptstraße, aber viele Störungen und Lärm von Türen klingeln und Straßenverkehr. Galley Rauch füllt meist auf der Straße und auf dem Aufzugsbereich, so fehlt es an einer angemessenen Belüftung.

GGastnutzerThe owner is delusional. For 5000 per room per night, the service is appalling. The receptionist wouldn’t even look up while check in. Only 2 500 ml bottles for water. If you want more pay 20 rupees per bottle. The restaurant food is good but no onions served with indian food. If you want to eat onions, you have to buy the garden salad plate at rs 150- the rooms though alright, need ventilation. The exhaust fan in the room makes noise the whole night. Wifi password is given but it never works. Overall a lot of effort is needed to train their staff. If you are in a hotel business, show some courtesy to at least look upto the customers and talk. Very very disappointing!

The location is excellent, especially for those visiting the temple, as it is situated very close by. However, the restaurant service is slow, and breakfast is unavailable in the morning, so plan accordingly. A great choice for its location and comfort.
