"Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights."

"We reached the location in the evening. It was easy to find out the hotel. It is walkable distance from the railway station. I did not find the staffs that much friendly and the room service as good. There was no tooth paste stored at the bath room. No sufficient ventilation in the room. Overall an okay experience. Sie konnten nicht auf meine Anfrage, die checkout-Zeit bis 2 Uhr verlängern. 3. *begrenzte Platz für ein zusätzliches Bett: Während das Hotel ein zusätzliches Bett erlaubte, war der Platz für das Platzieren des Bettes ziemlich begrenzt, was ein Problem für Familien oder Gruppen sein könnte, die zusätzliche Schlafangelegenheiten benötigen. 4. *Serviceverzögerungen: Handtücher waren nicht leicht im Badezimmer verfügbar und mussten von der Rezeption angefordert werden, was ein Verfall im Frühwarndienst angibt. GGastnutzerIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

TTraveling TanIch war im Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi und war sehr beeindruckt mit dem Service. Ich hatte einige Probleme mit meinem Zimmer und der ***Ager löste es schnell, indem ich mich in einem anderen Zimmer, das über der Kategorie war, die ich reserviert hatte. Das Personal war hilfreich, um einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Mein Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt, was ich geschätzt habe. Die Lage des Hotels ist von ***y Restaurants umgeben und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Es ist eine tolle Wahl für jeden, der Kochi besucht. Empfohlen für seine Bequemlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft.

GGastnutzerAvarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude

Bei der Ankunft wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass unsere reservierten Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar waren, und wir wurden stattdessen mit einem einzigen Deluxe-Zimmer ausgestattet.
Diese unerwartete Änderung hat nicht nur zu Unannehmlichkeiten geführt, sondern auch die Unterkunftsbedingungen, die wir planen und zahlen konnten, nicht erfüllt. Es ist enttäuschend, dass unsere reservierten Zimmer trotz unserer bestätigten Buchung anderen Gästen zugeteilt wurden.
Ich bitte um eine Erklärung für diese Misshandlung unserer Buchung und bitte um eine angemessene Entschädigung für die Verschlechterung und die Unannehmlichkeiten, die verursacht wurden. Entschädigung könnte eine teilweise Erstattung oder andere geeignete Abhilfen, wie z. B. Ergänzungsdienste, umfassen.
