Because it was Ramadan, the restaurant was not fully operative. The driveway needs to be properly tarred. Guest have an issue walking up the loose gravel. The bathroom door auto closure needs to be adjusted to be softer. It is too firm for seniors and ladies to open the door.

Property is located in prime location.It is inside City.Rooms are very small & no ceiling fan.Room bed was mentioned as king size.But it was very small.Toilet was very neat & clean.Room service is very bad.Getting the required things we have to follow up multiple times.They have included multiple food in boffet breakfast.Taste was awesome.Overall I can give average rating 3 when we are comparing with other hotel experience.

Oh, really very very nice, their service is very respectful and very kind, no words to say about the staff they are doing outstanding service and their breakfast complimentary is awesome traditional veg and western style really very tasty foods served with hot and good option for vegitarian and also nonveg. Their speciality in non veg ali baba & 41 dishes. Gym & pool is exceptional, finally fantastic experience.

Sie konnten nicht auf meine Anfrage, die checkout-Zeit bis 2 Uhr verlängern. 3. *begrenzte Platz für ein zusätzliches Bett: Während das Hotel ein zusätzliches Bett erlaubte, war der Platz für das Platzieren des Bettes ziemlich begrenzt, was ein Problem für Familien oder Gruppen sein könnte, die zusätzliche Schlafangelegenheiten benötigen. 4. *Serviceverzögerungen: Handtücher waren nicht leicht im Badezimmer verfügbar und mussten von der Rezeption angefordert werden, was ein Verfall im Frühwarndienst angibt. Insgesamt bietet Parkwohnung einen angemessenen Aufenthalt in Bezug auf Zimmerqualität und Sauberkeit, aber hat mehrere Service- und Einrichtungenprobleme, die zu behandeln sind.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Faszin war nichts weniger als erstaunlich. Die Kombination von komfortablen Unterkünften, ausgezeichneten Einrichtungen und außergewöhnlichen Service machte es zu einer wirklich erinnerebaren Erfahrung. Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr an jemanden, der einen luxuriösen/entspannenden/haushaltsfreundlichen Aufenthalt sucht.

Quick response from staff. It's town hotel newly renovated. Good and hygiene washrooms. Bead quality is good. Everything is fine. But no windows on some rooms.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk from Kozhikode railway station, which made it extremely convenient for my travel plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a good level of privacy and peace. The staff was courteous and always ready to help whenever needed. I didn’t opt for breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else met my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because there’s still a bit of room for improvement in the overall ambiance.

It was a wonderful experience. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had a prior booking of a particular room they upgraded us to a villa at the same price as we wanted a better view. The food was great. The ambience and decor of the hotel is amazing. And its proximity to the beach makes it worth the while. The swimming pool is well maintained. The hospitality of the entire staff is commendable. Even though we had a language issue, they helped us in the best possible way and sorted out our transportation issues as well. 10/10.

Room size- spacious room lighting & illumination- could be better food- very well prepared, tasty and decently priced bed and linens- clean and comfortable. Housekeeping- good and prompt. Location- very good. Both bus terminus & railway station are close. Markets also close. Wifi- not very dependable. Needs attention and improvements. Recommended for business travellers.

Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude
