It was a great experience end to end! right from the ambience, to the vintage feel and every mealat the resort! it was a delightful experience. The resort staff were amazing too! courteous and great service attitude! the food was customized to our preference and the local breakfast was an absolute treat! we were a big family with 3 generations travel-ling together and every single one of us left with lasting memories!

It’s a great property being so huge surrounded in a dense forest area, the rooms, service everything is amazing and the best part is even the food served. Being such a big resort, the service is top notch as whatever you ask for is serviced at lightning speed. The approach road was narrow but is properly maintained. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers

It was a nice experience and view of munnar city, tea plantation, attakalu waterfall is awesome and mesmerizing. Facility and service all are also good. Receptionist is active and respond quickly. It doesn't have running restaurant so we need to order 1 hours before but all cooked foods are in good cost, delicious and fresh and stay has a restaurant where we can sit and eat. It has some open space for parking. The only thing need to worry is that entrace is too steep and 100 to 200 metre off-road needed to reach the hotel. It also has a play area for kids and sit out. In walking distance you can see waterfall, st. Cannes church and tata tea plantation. Really nice experience.

I travel-led as a family and booked presidential suite here. Great view from hotel. Enjoyed the stay there. Excellent food buffet for morning breakfast and ambience is great. Few issues were there with toilet but it was attended and resolved within minutes.

This place is neat and tidy, we booked the jungle view suit and the room is big and spacious, morning breakfast is average with normal South Indian dishes with bread and butter. All cutleries and arrangements are fine. Average place to stay. Car parking is available. Swimming pool is available too and is good. Near to tiger reserve, bus station, Katak, kalari and elephant park. If you plan to book please ensure going there with proper towel, tissues, mineral water, tooth paste & brush. Also if you book Jungle view room, elders wanted to be cautious as you will have to climb one more floor on stairs as the lift facility is until 4th floor. This is more than a decade old building and equipment’s here are neat but not brand new. I experienced power cut in room but that’s manageable

Das Hotel Kegees Hill-town ist eine perfekte Wahl für jemanden, der in Kattappana bleiben möchte. Das Hotel wurde 2018 gebaut, so dass die Zimmer und Einrichtungen neu erscheinen. Das Personal war freundlich. Es gibt viel Platz in der Lobby auf jeder Etage und das Hotel wird sehr gut gepflegt. Das Restaurant im ersten Stock dient leckere Lebensmittel. Das Menü ist nicht exotisch, aber sie waren genügend freundlich, um die Gerichte an unsere Palette anzupassen.

Ich war vor kurzem, das Resort ist sehr gut, mit Freunden und Familie zu bleiben. Die Umgebung ist zu gut und das Eigentum ist sauber. Sie haben es gut gepflegt. Auch sie bieten Jeep, um ihren Platz von der Hauptstraße zu erreichen. Ich empfehle das für den ruhigen Aufenthalt von der Stadt Hustle entfernt

Rooms are spacious with very courteous staff and excellent service. They entertained requests like change of room (to ground floor), late checkout etc. Food was good and tasty only downside was dinner was only buffet and i didn't want to have a heavy dinner, so had to go outside for food.

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that truly made every meal enjoyable. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were top-notch. But what truly set this hotel apart was the spacious and well-designed rooms. It felt like a 1 BHK apartment, complete with a dining table, an extra diwan cot, and a comfortable sofa—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The layout gave a homely yet luxurious feel, making the stay even more comfortable. And the balcony view? Simply breathtaking! Waking up to lush tea plantations and majestic mountains was an unforgettable experience. Enjoying a morning cup of tea while taking in the serene beauty of nature was the perfect way to start the day.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good. Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.
