I totally loved the stay at chill berg resort. Right from the beginning they took care of me, considering that i traveled alone and wanted to work on my book. They ensured that i reached the resort safely, thanks to the owner mr. Chellamani and the manager ms nisha. They also ensured that i returned safely. The staff was kind and responsive, and the food was as good as home-made. The scenic beauty is mind blowing and you won't ask for more. I would recommend chill berg to someone who is looking for a quiet getaway to blend with nature and oneself.

Stay was good. Service people was very polite and well behaved. laundry was not upto...the blanket had dust and we can feel it. As they said its a munnars budget pool resort, but pls don't take pool of spice jungle if it's in cold climate, because we can't use it because of too much cold water in the pool. And the half kilometre of road to this resort is like off road which is difficult for the new drivers.

Very good experience & nice service

Property is located at main market of munnar. Location is good. But there is no parking facility. I have parked my car one km away from the hotel and it was paid parking. Room are very small but enough for one night stay. One more thing i want mention here that lift is not there. I have got room on second floor very difficult to carry all luggage to second floor.
