Not only was it such a unique experience to stay in a Minnan / fujian traditional house, the house is beautifully restored and wonderfully updated to suit modern comforts. The Chen family was also so kind and genuine, we immediately felt welcomed the moment we stepped in! Everything a traveller could need was thought of and as a result our stay was super comfortable, I really appreciate all of the small thoughtful touches, and also being able to try all the local delicacies for breakfast! I would have to say it was simply one of the best guesthouses I have ever stayed in. Thank you so much for making our stay in Kinmen so memorable, I will tell everyone to visit! and I will definitely stay here next time we visit. Highly recommended! ^^

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Boss ist sehr gut, nicht nur das Flugzeug zu befördern, wir gehen zum Abendessen und fahren uns nach und das Haus ist nicht teuer. Ich habe den Stamm für die Eltern reserviert, es war ursprünglich gut, die Orte zu sehen, und viele Attraktionen und Süßigkeiten in der Nähe. Die Eltern fühlten sich nach ihrem Aufenthalt sehr freundlich, der Stammseigner, das Bett ist auch sehr gut, das Gefühl, es zu erleben, sehr gut

When we were looking for accommodation in Kinmen, I wasn't sure I wanted to book a B&B. Looking at the accommodation available in Kinmen, it seems the majority are B&B and homestays. After having stayed at Zhu Shan Gandee, we finally realised that a good number of the traditional buildings in many of the ”villages” have been converted into accommodation. This one was in the Zhu Shan village where there are other B&Bs. There are no shops or restaurants in this village but downtown Jincheng is only a short drive away. This village is really nice and quiet (as would others I am guessing) and Zhu Shan Park is just a short stroll behind the house from which a top view of the village can be seen. Strolling around the village, this house stands out as more modern and attractive and the nicest in presentation (in my humble opinion). Inside, the common areas are excellent, well presented and homely. There are 2 courtyards to relax in and their atmospheres are so welcoming. We were out most of the time so didn't really spend too much time indoors enjoying what was on offer. Our room was a tad small but we love having a bidet to use. The bed was comfortable. A simple bread and jam breakfast is available if you choose to have it. There is plenty of ”help yourself” bottled and packet drinks in the fridge and in boxes on the floor if you don't want to drink them cold along with make yourself tea and coffee. There are no cooking facilities but there is a microwave. Finally, the lady host is really helpful and awesome. We rented a car so didn't need to be picked up. But she would go out of her way to ensure your stay is most comfortable and enjoyable. That hospitality personified.

The rooms were nicely renovated and maintained. It was really cool staying in an old building. The breakfast is traditional Kinmen food and changes every day.

Ich kann das Frank Guesthouse wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber, preiswert und wird von einem älteren Ehepaar geführt. Der Besitzer war früher Studiendekan, hat in den USA studiert und ist sehr gastfreundlich. Zum Frühstück gibt es unter anderem Yongchun-Porridge und Yuanzhiqi-Sandwiches. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten ist der Transfer vom und zum Pier kostenlos. Das Gästehaus liegt an der Minquan Road, in der Nähe befinden sich Cafés und Teestuben. Auch Junhui BBQ, Jingcai Steamed Buns, Aliang Chicken Cutlet, ein mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnetes Croissant und der Imbiss Xinmiaokou sind nicht weit entfernt. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

Got a free upgrade of my room. Staff is very quiet but very helpful when asked. You just need to be more proactive. Room is very big. Hotel is walking distance to shanwai bus station which is the terminal of the bus station. From there, you can take the your bus or go somewhere else. Hotel also close to few eatery. Breakfast is nice. I like the porridge. Toilet ventilation can be further improve. But since in staying alone, it's not much of a problem to me.

Die 85-jährige Mutter kam zum Festland, weil die Schiffsklasse nicht geöffnet wurde, und das Hotel war sehr gut an der Golden Gate. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe von der Liu Xingjiang-Schildkröte und der Generalstab des Qingjiang-Stadts. Es ist sehr bequem, in der Nähe zu essen und zu kaufen. Das 3-Zimmer-Zimmer 3 große Gepäcktaschen sind völlig in Ordnung. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr gut, das Warmwasser ist sehr warm, Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und schlafend, das Frühstück ist zu lecker, es gibt die Chance, die Goldtür zu bekommen, und Sie werden hier wählen.

Its location, price and helpful staff were the plus points. Suitable for old tourists travelling in groups, but let down by families with out of control children, and some middle aged men who like to argue aloud in the early hours (beyond the resistance of my ear plugs anyway)! The breakfast was bland, and monotonous, the room furnishings old and not always working, and running out of provisions (i.e. hotel slippers albeit they are too small for US / European sizes).

Bequeme Lage. Freundliche Leute. Das Zimmer war durchschnittlich, aber dient einem guten Zweck, nur in zu schlafen, bevor Sie die Insel erkunden. Das Bild ist, wenn Sie vor dem Hotel stehen, zurück gegen die Rezeption und nach rechts suchen. Glückliche Tage. 🥰
