Der Service an der Rezeption ist freundlich. Das Zimmer riecht ziemlich stark, wahrscheinlich weil es neu eröffnet ist. Was den Standort unangenehm macht, ist, dass die Sicherheitsleute des Parkplatzes die Autoschlüssel einsammeln wollen. Wenn es einen Unfall mit dem Auto gibt oder etwas ist fallen gelassen, wer ist dafür verantwortlich?

This place is truly unique in its own way. From the outside, it feels like you’re stepping into a traditional village home but once inside, it’s pure comfort and quiet luxury. The rooms look exactly like the photos, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Every detail in the room is so thoughtfully designed that you instantly feel at home. The bed is spacious and bed is big enough to accommodate us 2A3K. It does get a little hot at night, but we found a simple fix leaving the bathroom door slightly open and turning on the humidifier (I think 😄), since the bathroom is cooler. That helped balance the temperature nicely. We requested halal breakfast, and they prepared mantou, porridge, and fruits for us. Simple, warm, and absolutely delicious, it felt very comforting, especially in the cold weather. Location-wise, it’s about 10 minutes from Pengfeng Village. The owner was incredibly kind and even checked whether we had transportation, as they could arrange transport to the scenic area if needed. We had our own car, so moving around was easy for us. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here. It felt peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay 🤍

**Hotel Review: A Perfect Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in [Hotelname], zu bleiben, und ich kann es nicht hoch genug empfehlen! Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, machte mich das Personal zu begrüßen und zu schätzen. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos, und ich war angenehmen überrascht, mit einem Aufgradieren in ein schönes Zimmer mit erstaunlichen Aussichten. Das Zimmer selbst war unglaublich sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allen Einrichtungen, die man brauchte. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, sorgte für eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf. Ich habe auch die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details geschätzt, von komplimentären Toiletten bis zu einer gut gelagerten Minibar. Das Hotel verfügte über hervorragende Einrichtungen. Ich genossen insbesondere den Dachpool, der einen atemberaubenden Blick und eine entspannende Atmosphäre bietet. Das Restaurant im Ort serviert leckere Mahlzeiten, mit einem vielfältigen Menü, das allen Geschmacksen entspricht. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts, mit einer breiten Auswahl an frisch und schmackhaften Optionen. Die Lage ist weise, [Hotelname] konnte nicht besser sein. Es ist bequem in der Nähe lokaler Attraktionen, Einkaufen und Essen, so dass es einfach zu erkunden das Gebiet. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung bei [Hotelname] nichts weniger außergewöhnlich. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der einen luxuriösen und entspannten Aufenthalt sucht. Ich kann nicht auf meinen nächsten Besuch warten!

Es war meine erste Reise nach China mit meiner Freundin, und da ich kein Chinesisch spreche, hat mir das Hotelpersonal alles sehr leicht gemacht. Die Kommunikation über eine Übersetzungs-App verlief reibungslos, und sie waren während meines gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützten mich bei meinem Ausflug zum Jiuzhaigou-Nationalpark und halfen mir auch bei der Organisation des Rücktransports zum Bahnhof. Die Ausstattung war umfassend und komfortabel. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle-Service nach Jiuzhaigou an, und am Abreisetag brachten sie mich sogar zum Busbahnhof. Insgesamt ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

What we like: - location pretty close to park. Helpful too if you are also planning to go visit the golden monkeys which is further away from JZG park. - SMART bedroom - Best SMART toilet we’ve ever experienced! Warmed seat, pre and post auto rinse… - Under floor heating nice What we don’t like: - SMART control mulfuction - Xiao Du can’t open the curtains, only can close. - Terrible view : face parking lot - location too far from the main area where there is night market and restaurants - free shuttle bus however we didn’t get the timing right so missed it by a few mins (it would help for hotel to post shuttle schedule on the reception do guests can note during check in as well at breakfast area). - Disposable bath towels - they are basically a large kitchen paper towel. For the price we paid, we were shocked to receive paper linen. For ladies with long hair, impossible to dry off with this. - Bathroom tissue very small roll - Second night of the stay, they didn’t replenish the treats. - Breakfast starts too late at 7am. This is a destination hotel. When you have tourists leaving early to start their tour in the area, this should be modified to 6:30 or 6:45am - The so called “western breakfast” is skeleton: plain bread, steamed sweet potatoes, dry sugary cereal, oatmeal (have to cook it yourself in the microwave), fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, some small pieces of cakes, soy and dairy milk - Someone possibly double dipped their spoon from dishing almond toppings into the dried banana topping. My son had an allergic reaction after a bite of his oatmeal with the dried banana topping. Our morning was ruined.

Das Flowers Hotel war großartig. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön und wir genossen die Verwendung des Tubs. Das Bett war besonders komfortabel - wir hatten die beste Nachtsleimhaut. Es war schwierig, morgens rauszukommen 😂. Die Lage war auch ruhig. Der Hotelbesitzer war ein Standort - sie war unglaublich hilfreich bei Informationen und hat uns sogar geholfen, Bustickets vom Ort zu buchen, zuerst mit ihrem eigenen Geld zu bezahlen (und wir haben sie natürlich zurückgezahlt!). Sie war sehr süß und sah uns wirklich gut aus. Das Hotel ist ein 15-min Freizeitgeh vom Parkeingang und hat viele Restaurants und Geschäfte um. Wenn ich jemals nach Jiuzhaigou zurückkam, werde ich 100% in diesem Hotel zurück sein.

Highly recommended to stay here! Location: 10-15 mins to the park entrance. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Hotel facilities: Clean rooms and bed. Overall hotel is clean. We took the family room which had a nice patio with seating area. Room was big and the floor was heated. The bunker bed was a little hard to sleep on though. Breakfast spread is good with hot foo (the usual porridge, noodles, soya, etc.). Service: Very helpful owner with very good service. Helped with our enquiries during our stay and made sure we were comfortable.

1. Location was within walking distance from the Jiuzhaigou park. However, taxis cannot park at the street which it's located hence I had to walk a small distance. 2. The room is shared between eight bunks, rather than four bunks which was implied in the description. 3. In my original booking, i specified my preference for smoke-free room. Unfortunately, some of the bunk mates which I was sharing accomodation with smoked in the room and the whole room constantly smelled of smoke. It affected my sleep cycle and my health. I recalled the room had a non-smoking sign, but it was not strictly enforced by the hostel management. 4. The card for the personal locker did not work, and I had to constantly approach the front desk for assistance to unlock the locker. 5. Front desk staff was approachable and helped to boil water for me when I needed to top up by bottle. 6. One time toilerties such as toothbrush and paper towels are provided. 7. Cleaniness of bathroom can be further improved. Seems a bit dusty.. The lighting is also very odd and could the bathroom illuimination could be further optimized. 8. The major plus point is the complimentary breakfast, which has a wide variety of food including noodles, fried rice, youtiao, pastries, cakes, fruits, coffee machine, etc. This is considerably better than other hostels.

Die Vorteile sind, dass die Bettwäsche neu und sehr sauber ist, die Heizung gut funktioniert und es überhaupt nicht kalt ist, der Boden sauber ist und der Zimmerservice täglich arbeitet. Die Fenster lassen sich öffnen, bieten aber keine Aussicht. Die Lage ist gut; der Nationalpark ist fußläufig erreichbar, ein bekanntes Shabu-Shabu-Restaurant befindet sich in der Nähe und die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ich habe drei Nächte dort verbracht und fand es den Preis nicht wert. Die Nachteile sind: Der Flur ist schmutzig und es riecht stark nach Zigarettenrauch, sowohl im Flur als auch im Aufzug. Im Badezimmer ist der Boden schmutzig, die Rohre riechen unangenehm, der Duschbereich riecht stark nach Zigarettenrauch und die Toilette ist nicht beheizt. Das Zimmer ist nicht schallisoliert.

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut. Die geografische Lage ist überlegen. Ein Taxi in der Landschaft von Jiangxian ist nur fünf oder sechs Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber. Der Service ist sehr benutzerfreundlich. Es wird empfohlen, zu bleiben. Die Landschaft des Berghauses ist sehr gut. Unter dem Fenster gibt es eine Schachtel mit Schachteln und Wasser.
