Hotels mit Bergblick in Jiuzhaigou

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

Diese Pension ist einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist erstklassig, direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet Jiuzhaigou, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe machen den Aufenthalt unglaublich komfortabel. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam; die Haushälterin Xiao Chen ist herzlich und hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sind weich und Klimaanlage, Warmwasser und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Toilette, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, die Einrichtung einzigartig, der Innenhof elegant und ruhig, und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die grünen Berge. Die Luft ist frisch, und der Aufenthalt insgesamt ist einfach perfekt. Es ist unglaublich preiswert; eine Übernachtung hier ist bei einem Besuch in Jiuzhaigou definitiv die richtige Wahl. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Zimmer ist relativ geräumig und die Einrichtungen im Park sind auch gut. Es ist ein guter Ort für den Urlaub. Die Wartung ist jedoch etwas in Ordnung Verwirrend hinter dem Nachttisch. Sie müssen zuerst den Nachttisch bewegen, um das Ladegerät anzuschließen, und Sie müssen das Licht im Zimmer ausschalten, bevor Sie zu Bett gehen. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, mit normaler Konfiguration und die Reisnudeln sind ziemlich gut, einen Versuch wert. Der Service ist ungleichmäßig, die Check-in-Effizienz ist relativ gering und sie helfen nicht bei der Auslieferung des Gepäcks, andere jedoch nicht.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe von Jiuzhaigou, und das Restaurant Gesanghua befindet sich direkt im Erdgeschoss, was die Erkundung der Umgebung sehr einfach macht. Die Angestellten waren außerdem unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich hatte ursprünglich vor, ein paar lokale Spezialitäten zu kaufen, aber zum Glück habe ich die Angestellten gefragt, und sie haben mich freundlich daran erinnert. Die Temperatur im Hotel war sehr angenehm, genau richtig, nicht zu heiß und nicht zu trocken. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Ausstattung: Das Gästehaus ist sehr neu und bietet zur Begrüßung Obst und ein kostenloses Getränk aus der Minibar. Die Toilette ist elektrisch, und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist ausgezeichnet und das Wasser sehr heiß – eine herrlich heiße Dusche nach einem Tag voller Sightseeing. Der Fernseher ist groß und verfügt über eine Bildschirmspiegelungsfunktion, ideal zum Entspannen und Fernsehen am Abend. Auch das Frühstück ist gut, mit gedämpften Brötchen, Teigtaschen und frisch zubereiteten Reisnudeln und Nudeln von der Gastgeberin. Man kann sich seine eigenen Toppings aussuchen; es gibt reichlich Fleisch, und es schmeckt hervorragend. Für jemanden wie mich, der einen langen Sightseeing-Tag vor sich hat, kann man das Mittagessen getrost auslassen. Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und frei von Fremdkörpern. Ich habe zwei Tage dort verbracht, und die Hausschuhe hatten noch weiße Sohlen, was super war. Ambiente: Wie auf dem Hauptbild zu sehen, ist es ein stilvolles Gästehaus, ideal zum Fotografieren. Service: Das Gästehaus bietet einen Shuttle-Service vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof zum Parkplatz Guoda an. Schreiben Sie einfach dem Besitzer eine Nachricht, und er holt Sie ab. Sie bieten auch einen Abhol- und Bringservice zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Jiuzhaigou an. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 👍👍👍 Eine komfortable Unterkunft ist auf Reisen wichtig, aber guter Service sorgt für einen angenehmen und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut (auch der Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge war eine Überraschung). Alles war sehr gut gemacht, insbesondere der Service. Alle Mitarbeiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um die Hilfe zu koordinieren und bereitzustellen. Meine Familie hatte insbesondere Probleme mit der Höhenkrankheit und Rhinitis, und alle haben sich koordiniert und das Problem so schnell wie möglich gelöst, sogar mitten in der Nacht. Ich mag Sam, den diensthabenden Manager. Es war ein sehr schönes Reiseerlebnis.

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

Das Zimmer war fantastisch, mit Badewanne. Die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich herzlich und der Service exzellent. Sie schaltete sogar die Heizung im Voraus für uns ein und brachte uns zwei zusätzliche Heizgeräte. Das Ambiente war wunderschön, im tibetischen Stil, und wir konnten sogar traditionelle tibetische Kleidung für Fotos tragen. Die Rezeptionistin half uns beim Anziehen und Fotografieren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Tibet bin.

Ich hatte zwei Zimmer gebucht, und Klein an der Rezeption hat mir zwei nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer organisiert. Eines davon, ein fensterloses Zimmer, das ich mit Punkten bezahlt hatte, wurde kostenlos aufgewertet – vielen Dank! Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig (bis auf die Musik, die um 7:30 Uhr morgens im Jiuzhaigou-Nationalpark gespielt wurde). Das Frühstück war preiswert, aber reichhaltig und sauber. Der Nationalpark ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, und der Tibetische Königsplatz (wo man essen kann) ist nur etwa 10 Meter entfernt. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. Klein empfahl mir den Tomaten-Yak-Eintopf – er war preiswert und sehr lecker! Ich war zwei Tage hintereinander dort!

We stayed at Howard Johnson for 3 nights in mid April. This is an old 5 stars hotel. It is a very big hotel (probably the largest in Juizhaigo). The room I was allocated was clean. The two beds were very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were well maintained and clean. Because it is an old hotel, the furnishing etc is like that of a old 5 stars hotel. Not the modern type. The room is very big, with a lounge area next to the fire place (artificial). Our room had the valley view. Upon check in we were given a welcome gift set consisting of nuts, cakes and fruits - a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast buffet is varied and had sufficient choices. Good variety and adequate. Besides the usual Chinese fares, they do have bread, eggs, sausage, bacons etc. We booked the room with buffet dinners. The dinners were very decent and adequate choice. I like the steamed fish and the beef offal and some small local biscuits as part of the desert. We like the buffet dinners because it save us from hunting for dinners during the evening (after a long day at the Juizhaigou Park). Nevertheless, there are many food outlets and restaurants and convenient stores very near the hotel. There is even a bakery a short walk away. Unlike certain other hotels, finding outside food can be a problem. It is very easy to call a Didi to go to and from the hotel to the Juizhaigou Park. Costs us between 13 to 24 yuan per way, depending on the time and the jam. The Park is about 6.5 km away. Avoid the taxis because the fare can be very much more expensive. The good thing about this hotel is that the bus to and from the high speed train station can stop directly opposite the hotel. It is one of their designated stops. The Romantic Show Centre is next to this hotel.
