I was very disappointed with this hotel. At first glance, it is a stunning, quaint hotel. Even though there are numerous no smeking signs, people were still smoking in the hotel. The first morning, I woke up with a stuff nose and a headache, because I could smell the cigarette smoke via the air conditioning. Each rolm has a wonderful screen and projector, but it is not foreigner-friendly...you have to have an Iqiyi account to watch movies. There is also no way of connecting a laptop or USB to the projector. The bathtub was faulty and even though I asked staff two days in a row to fix it, it still was not fixed. The water was leaving through the plug as fast as I was pouring it into the bathtub. They suggested that I just keep running the water, they did not care that I was using an enormous amount of water, which is bad for the environment. They suggested that I take a bath with the plastic sweet provider, which I did out of desperation. But I almost slipped and fell, which is very dangerous, especially for older people. Something That I did not pick up from the description, was that this hotel had a restaurant that provider live entertainment every night, which was extremely loud. The first night, they were noisy until about 11pm. The breakfast was traditional, but people would smoke in the breakfast area, which made it really unpleasant. The location is great, just a short walk from the park's entrance and there are many restaurants around.

Vor meiner Abreise habe ich mich über WeChat mit der Dame an der Rezeption in Verbindung gesetzt und mich nach der Lage in Jiuzhaigou und dem B&B erkundigt. Die Dame antwortete mir begeistert und geduldig und fand mich nicht lästig. Der Bruder, der das Auto abholte, war ebenfalls sehr pünktlich und half mir nach der Ankunft im Gasthof mit dem Gepäck. Auch die Dame an der Rezeption hat die Leute enthusiastisch an Dinge erinnert, auf die man achten sollte, was bei den Leuten ein sehr herzliches Gefühl hervorrief und eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung verdient.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful! They helped arranged transportation to and fro the tran station. Even introduced a not so well known but gorgeous site of 神仙池 Hotel has a viewing deck with amazing views of the mountain. Well kept and nicely decorated Zhang style building Good local food around the hotel . Also cute cats to play with
