酒店新裝修的乾淨衞生，周圍有便利的商場，飯店，酒店工作人員，整體有素質涵養，有問題能及時解決，貼心為顧客着想，商務出差連住了幾天，前台小姐姐把房間調成安靜的位置，行李來不及收拾，小姐姐會親自幫顧客收拾換換房間。 房間每天都有水果供應，設施也都是新的，語音窗簾，語音空調等功能，整體不錯，下次出差還會選擇這裏。

We spent a week here while visiting my father, who lives near the university, and we absolutely loved the hotel. The room is spacious and features a sofa with wipeable leather upholstery , a lifesaver since our child has a talent for making a mess. The bed is very comfortable, though the pillows weren't quite to my taste. The overhead shower is fantastic and incredibly relaxing. We also got a kick out of the smart controls; being able to close the curtains and turn off the lights with a single button is a genuinely fun touch. Breakfast is excellent value for the price. They offer freshly made noodles, wontons, and dumplings, and the coffee machine and fresh fruit drinks are a real highlight. Just across the street there's a convenience store where you can grab a coconut milk latte or a mango sago drink . There are also plenty of street food vendors in the area, both in the mornings and evenings. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks in the room for hanging towels. That's truly our sole complaint. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.

For a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy. One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it. However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each. The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems. The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water. For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

This trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

We has a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, right next to Swan Lake, and room itself was very cozy, well-designed, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax. The only thing to note is that the check-in process was a bit different from a typical hotel. We initially needed help from another resident to get in touch with the management. However, once we contacted them, they were very cooperative and completed the check-in quickly through WeChat. I would recommend contacting the management before your arrival or check-in time to ensure a smooth experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend it for the beautiful views, comfortable room, and great location.

Insgesamt ist es gut, die Umgebung ist gut, obwohl es neben der Straße nicht sehr scharf ist. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Zimmer nicht gut geräuscht werden, und dann bin ich mit einem Mikroschreiben auf der Rezeption verbleibt und keine Fragen zurückkommen.

Die Lage dieses Hotels in Feixi ist wirklich sehr lobenswert 👍, direkt in der Nähe der Südstadt Chinas, bis zur U-Bahn-Station mittelweit, sehr bequem zu reisen ～ Das Restaurant in der Umgebung, der Super-Shop ist komplett, tägliches Essen und Kauf von Lebensartikeln sind völlig unnötig 🥘🛒. Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz mit sich, und es ist superfreundlich 🚗. Die einzige kleine Details ist, dass das Zimmer etwas neue Dekorationen mitbringen kann, es ist nicht scharf, alle Aspekte sind gut, es ist eine Unterkunft in der Umgebung der Südstadt Chinas, die eine Auswahl wert ist 🏨!

Location was perfect. there were so many food points. Super brand mall and European street was also on the walking distance. Room was clean. But reception staff was so annoying and irritating. It seems that ladies were not professional and not trained. They were so annoying. Even on the next day they asked for the passport again. One favour they gave was to provide milk and bread before 6:15 in the room. They have set dinner timings for a very short time and that's very unusual. I missed that. Usually dinner and breakfast timings are not very short in a good hotel. Overall my experience was so so. there was only one water bottle in the room and upon calling the reception, they didn't bother to receive. and yes they didn't knew how to deal a foreigner. They were unable to speak English.

The hotel is situated alongside a gorgeous lake and mountainside. It's a very quiet, peaceful area perfect for getaways from the city of Hefei. I don't know if there is a whole lot to see around the general area, so I don't think the area itself is worth it if one is coming outside of Anhui. I rode up here on my motorcycle and was able to ride through quaint small villages and towns. There are hilly, foresty areas here, but I would caution both motorcyclists and car drivers to be aware of sudden, extremely steep hills especially up in the high mountains. I found the people working at the hotel friendly even though they didn't speak English at all. The young girl in particular was very helpful in helping me get set up with dinner and check in. There are virtually no other restaurants, convenience stores or supermakerkets in the nearby area, so I would recommend stocking up on snacks while riding around the area
