I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I arrived around midnight, and the front desk attendant not only greeted me warmly but also offered free snacks and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long trip. They also arranged a special deal for my family—two days of breakfast for only $7, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It’s close to Sam’s Club and the Hefei south railway station, which made getting around easy. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including extra bottled water whenever we asked. Highly recommend this hotel for the great service, friendly staff, and convenient location.

We spent a week here while visiting my father, who lives near the university, and we absolutely loved the hotel. The room is spacious and features a sofa with wipeable leather upholstery , a lifesaver since our child has a talent for making a mess. The bed is very comfortable, though the pillows weren't quite to my taste. The overhead shower is fantastic and incredibly relaxing. We also got a kick out of the smart controls; being able to close the curtains and turn off the lights with a single button is a genuinely fun touch. Breakfast is excellent value for the price. They offer freshly made noodles, wontons, and dumplings, and the coffee machine and fresh fruit drinks are a real highlight. Just across the street there's a convenience store where you can grab a coconut milk latte or a mango sago drink . There are also plenty of street food vendors in the area, both in the mornings and evenings. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks in the room for hanging towels. That's truly our sole complaint. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.

For a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy. One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it. However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each. The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems. The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water. For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

This trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

For the first time in my 8-day visit in China, I’ve got a complete 9 hrs of sleep. It was very relaxing and very beautful. I wish I could go back to this hotel ❤️.

Der Vorderabgang für die Eincheckung war unglaublich schnell, und es war keine Notwendigkeit, während des gesamten Prozesses zu warten. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit intelligenter Technologie; einfach sagen ”Xiao Du, Xiao Du” kann Haushaltsgeräte kontrollieren, die ein Gefühl der Freilassung von manuellem Arbeitskräften bieten. Die Sauberkeit ist auch topnotch; die Hausbetreiber sorgten dafür, dass die Zimmer unspottbar waren und das Bett war sowohl sauber als auch weich, so dass für einen besonders beruhigenden Aufenthalt. Der entscheidende Aspekt ist die hervorragende Lage. Es gibt zahlreiche Snackgeschäfte unten, die es einfach machen, Mahlzeiten für Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen zu handhaben, ohne sich um die Suche nach einem Restaurant zu besorgen. Der Wert für Geld ist einfach herausragend, die es die perfekte Wahl für Geschäftsreisen. Ich werde sicher dieses Platz nächstes Mal wieder wählen!

Staff service is acceptable, and check-in/check-out processes are smooth. However, one major downside is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. It seems that some inconsiderate guests have been smoking despite the rules, and the odor lingers, making the room less pleasant. This significantly affects the overall experience, especially for non-smokers. If the hotel could enforce stricter no-smoking policies and improve ventilation or deep-cleaning procedures, it would greatly enhance the stay. As it stands, it’s decent—but the smoking issue is hard to ignore.

Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en este hotel nuevo que, aunque tiene un gran potencial, aún necesita trabajar en varios aspectos para ofrecer una experiencia verdaderamente memorable a sus huéspedes. Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría. A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante. Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante. En definitiva, el hotel tiene un lugar bonito y buenas instalaciones, pero urgentemente necesita mejorar en varios aspectos, sobre todo en la formación del personal y garantizar que los servicios prometidos estén disponibles y funcionando. Si se enfocan en estos detalles, podría ser un destino que valga la pena visitar. Espero que estas áreas puedan mejorar, ya que el potencial es innegable.
