GGuest User2025I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I arrived around midnight, and the front desk attendant not only greeted me warmly but also offered free snacks and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long trip.
They also arranged a special deal for my family—two days of breakfast for only $7, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It’s close to Sam’s Club and the Hefei south railway station, which made getting around easy.
Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including extra bottled water whenever we asked.
Highly recommend this hotel for the great service, friendly staff, and convenient location.

GGastnutzerDie geografische Lage des Hotels ist zusätzlich zu den Punkten, sehr nahe vom U-Bahnhof und dem Handelsplatz, die Nähe ist 1912, die Umgebung ist mit Süßigkeiten und der Ausfahrt ist sehr bequem. Die Hotelgesundheit ist auch sehr sauber und die Ruhe ist sehr gut. Die Rezeption ist freundlich und eine tolle Aufenthaltserfahrung 🥳

EEleonora Del BianchiThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

Der Personaldienst der Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und sorgfältig, die Behandlung von Aufenthalt und Rücktritt ist effizient, die Haltung ist mäßig und geduldig, die Probleme können auch rechtzeitig reagiert und gut gelöst werden, was die Menschen sehr intim fühlt.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und sauber, Licht und Klimaanlage sind gut, Bettwaren sind weich und komfortabel, Schlafqualität ist sehr gut. Die Innenausstattung ist komplett und gut gewartet, Klimaanlage, Toilette, Netzwerk usw. können normalerweise verwendet werden, warmes Wasser ist ausreichend, die Qualität der Badegegenstände ist auch online. JJazzy MazzyLocation was perfect. there were so many food points. Super brand mall and European street was also on the walking distance. Room was clean. But reception staff was so annoying and irritating. It seems that ladies were not professional and not trained. They were so annoying. Even on the next day they asked for the passport again. One favour they gave was to provide milk and bread before 6:15 in the room. They have set dinner timings for a very short time and that's very unusual. I missed that. Usually dinner and breakfast timings are not very short in a good hotel. Overall my experience was so so. there was only one water bottle in the room and upon calling the reception, they didn't bother to receive. and yes they didn't knew how to deal a foreigner. They were unable to speak English.

The front desk process for check-in was incredibly swift, and there was no need to wait throughout the entire process. The staff were also friendly and attentive. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology; simply saying “Xiao Du, Xiao Du” can control household appliances, providing a sense of liberation from manual labor. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were spotless, and the bedding was both clean and soft, making for a particularly reassuring stay.
The most crucial aspect is the excellent location. There are numerous snack shops downstairs, making it easy to handle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without having to worry about finding a restaurant. The value for money is simply outstanding, making it the perfect choice for business trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut geräuschlos, nicht von der Außenwelt stört, und die Überstunden-Bearbeitung ist auch besonders ruhig. Wi-Fi ist schnell und stabil, das Büro ist nicht unter Druck. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Ernährung ist ausgewogen und kann schnell Energie ergänzen. Der Abgang ist effizient und bietet auch Bergwasser und kleinen Fruchtschalen. Das Geschäft ist besonders gut. Das Zimmer ist zwei oder drei Tage lang voll und kostengünstig. Das nächste Mal, das Spiel zu spielen, ist sehr hoch.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is situated alongside a gorgeous lake and mountainside. It's a very quiet, peaceful area perfect for getaways from the city of Hefei. I don't know
if there is a whole lot to see around the general area, so I don't think the area itself is worth it if one is coming outside of Anhui. I rode up here on my motorcycle and was able to ride through quaint small villages and towns. There are hilly, foresty areas here, but I would caution both motorcyclists and car drivers to be aware of sudden, extremely steep hills especially up in the high mountains. I found the people working at the hotel friendly even though they didn't speak English at all. The young girl in particular was very helpful in helping me get set up with dinner and check in. There are virtually no other restaurants, convenience stores or supermakerkets in the nearby area, so I would recommend stocking up on snacks while riding around the area
