3-Sterne-Hotels in Vancouver

The house is very well maintained with beautiful quiet surroundings. The room itself is thoughtfully well kept with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place but no coffee provided though it has a coffee maker and kettle. A pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and bottled water were also provided. It is little far to go downtown but the bus stop is just 5 mins away that takes you there directly. 10 mins walk away are some Asian restaurants and a Chinese supermarket and fruit n vegetable shop. Overall, the suite is a very nice and new place to stay at and the owner is very welcoming and responsive. I like to suggest the direction to the apartment can be made more clearer with instruction that says it is at the basement and not just entrance via the back of the house with those lovely wordy signs that we obviously not looking for. Another point to note is the cleaning fee charge that was not mention in the write up which may affect client's decision in renting the place.

Reception, very friendly  The bellboy very helpful  The shower water pressure not strong enough The location is fantastic. Many convenient shop and best restaurant is just walking distance,  Breakfast is normal don’t expect much. I’ll will definitely stay again if I come to Vancouver again 

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich habe immer genossen, mit ihnen schnell zu chatten. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, geräumig, mit einem riesigen Schrank! Es bietet auch Flaschenwasser. Die Lage ist großartig! Wanderweite zu vielen Attraktionen!

This was a good property for the price. It had obviously been refitted recently as all the cupboards were brand new. The host was lovely and after double booking us initially, they found us a lovely place to spend a night at within 2 hours of booking. Also there were coffee pods, honey and bodywash/shampoo and conditioner provided which were a nice touch. However, being the basement floor meant that the room go incredibly hot at night, we managed to find a little water fan to try and mitigate the heat. There isn't any mosquito blockers on the windows so you have to live with them or yhe heat. Ergonomically the wardrobe doors didn't fully open on the left hand side as its quite a small space and the endtable blocked the opening. The kitchen was also newly fitted but was missing some key components for anything more than a night (not washing up sponges or liquid ect.) Overall I would say the place is a 4/5 in winter but a 3/5 in summer.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Der Central Park war ganz in der Nähe, und es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was sehr angenehm war. Allerdings war die Bedienung des Warm- und Kaltwassers in der Badewanne nicht intuitiv. Beim Einchecken unterlief dem Mitarbeiter ein Fehler bei meiner Zahlung, ohne dass er sich entschuldigte. Das Frühstück war für meine Kollegen und mich etwas zu salzig, und die Anweisungen des Frühstücksmanagers waren unklar und verwirrend. (Bei einem erneuten Besuch werde ich das Frühstück nicht mehr bestellen.)

Dienst war gut, Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, obwohl kurz auf Kaffeebohnen. Die Dekoration wurde wie alle Geräte und Ausstattung gedatiert. Stühle und Coach waren alle niedrig (nicht gut für einen schlechten Rücken), die Toilette war auch alt und niedrig. Das beste Merkmal war in der Nähe des Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Das schlimmste ”Feature” wurde dem Zimmer gesagt, hatte ein Königsbett, aber nein, nur eine Königin. Das ist nicht das einzige Hotel, das ihre Betten missverstanden, was eine irritante Trend. Das Restaurant pub ist sehr durchschnittlich. Die Fries waren fette, aber mein Buffalo Chicken Wrap und meine Frau Bacon & Tomato Soup waren ok. Service im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, sehr hilfsbereit.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Innenstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt, 30 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zum Flughafen. Freundliche und effiziente Rezeption. Einfaches Frühstück. Die Klimaanlage war nachts ungleichmäßig warm. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels. Stanley Park, Chinatown und Grandville Island sind in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und willkommen bei der Ankunft, immer bereit, mit allem zu helfen, was wir brauchen. Aber als wir zuerst in unser Zimmer eintrat, gab es einen sehr starken Geruch von Farbe. Wir wurden davon erzählt, dass es gerade malt wurde, aber der Geruch war so intensiv, dass es wahrscheinlich zu Unbehagen hätte geführt, so haben wir einen Raumwechsel beantragt. Sie haben unsere Anfrage befriedigt, obwohl die einzige verfügbare Option eine kleinere Einheit war. Ein weiterer Punkt, der beachtet werden muss, ist, dass Trip.com anzeigt, dass das Hotel eine Cash-Deposit akzeptiert, aber bei der Eincheckung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass nur Kartenzahlungen erlaubt waren, was ungünstig war. Zusätzlich hatte das Zimmer während des ganzen Tages und der ganzen Nacht ständige Lärme Ich konnte die Quelle nicht identifizieren, und sie setzten auch mit der Klimaanlage aus. Es gibt auch eine Verkaufsmaschine direkt am Eingang des Hotels, aber es funktionierte nicht richtig. Ich habe Geld eingegeben und die Produkte nicht erhalten; aber das Front Desk Personal hat mir sofort geholfen und die Situation, die ich geschätzt habe, gelöst. Neben diesen Fragen bietet das Hotel einen guten Preis und die Lage ist hervorragend, so dass es einfach zu erreichen und zu nahe gelegenen Attraktionen zu erreichen.

Warm home is the highlight of our trip in Vancouver! It was very clean, tidy and well organized and I can get info from the host whenever I need it, we felt like home when I stepped into the house! Me and my friend stayed in two separate rooms in the guest house and we shared bath together, for our convenience the host even arranged us to share same bath together and we were the only two guests in the house!!! Thanks for the flexibility kindness:) the kitchen is also very cozy and they have basically everything we need to have a simple breakfast at home and even we can also make something fancy too bc the set up is pretty good. Other than that, the host did our a big favor to let us storage our 3 giant suitcase in the house for almost a month bc we had a trip to another city, what a lovely stay there, I miss everything already. I highly recommend everyone to stay in the warm home! It is close to everything and easy to take bus to visit the city:) also we enjoyed privacy and quietness in a very nice neighborhood:) I didn’t take many pictures but it’s the one of my room in the loft, cozyyyyy, I love it a lot:) I will definitely choose here for my next trip to Vancouver:)

Ehrlich gesagt verstehe ich die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, nur 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt, und der kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle fährt alle 30 Minuten bis 23:30 Uhr (ich habe den letzten Bus genommen). Das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein nettes kleines japanisches Restaurant – ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Die Rezeptionisten waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Happy Hour im Restaurant war auch ein echtes Schnäppchen.
