A nice, quiet guest house in a serene rural setting, just a short distance from Maiji Shan caves. To reach this property it seems, one must find a way to get from Tianshui south station without arriving at the Visitor Centre via the shuttle bus. I did this, not realising that the Visitor centre is still about 11 km from the hotel, and needed to arrange for them to call the hotel to pick me from there - The owner was only too happy to do this, for which I was most grateful. In the vicinity of this property there aren't many dining or shopping options for groceries but good meals can be ordered at the guest house, so no problem. To access the grottoes the usual practice is to arrive by bus from the Visitor centre. From this property you could walk, however the owner shuttles guests to the site in her car. It's a good getaway for people looking for recreation away from a city.

This is an exceptionally cozy and welcoming guesthouse. We felt genuinely cared for from the very first moment. The hosts even spoke with our driver to make sure we arrived safely. They arranged our sightseeing tickets, drove us there and picked us up afterward, took us to the bus station, and provided all the information we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings made for a wonderful night’s sleep. Staying here is an experience in itself-if you’re visiting the area, this guesthouse is absolutely worth choosing. The hospitality is outstanding, and it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

Dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis ist besonders gut! Die Hotelumgebung ist insgesamt sehr komfortabel, die Zimmer sind sauber und durchgängig, Licht und Soundtrennung sind sehr lobenswert [stark]. Der Service ist enthusiastisch und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Schöne Roboter sind besonders schnell, kleine Süßigkeiten im Hall 🍬 Geschmack super gut, haben mehrere Kontinuierlich gegessen und Geschmack super. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre ist komfortabel und entspannt, die Details sind sehr benutzerfreundlich, es ist ein ruhiger und friedlicher Aufenthalt, stark empfohlen!!!

This guesthouse is really nice! First of all, the location is great! 1 minute walk from the bus stop (perfect for coming from and going to Tianshui railway station) and 5 minutes to Maijishan scenic area (for the grottoes). The room is a good size and clean! The bed, the floor, the bathroom, everything is clean! WiFi works well. There’s hot water, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom. You get two small towels. And there’s a small water dispenser (cold and hot water) in the room itself. The owners are very friendly as well and the food they serve is plentiful. I made the mistake of ordering two dishes and could almost not finish them :) The only negative (for me as a foreigner) is that the bed is on the harder side. It would be a perfect stay if the mattress was a bit softer, but for the price I paid, I would say the stay was pretty great anyways!

Property is inside the Tourist Zone, hence we could get to the entrance very early ahead of other tourist. Owner Ms Ma was very friendly, we spoke Pu Tong Hua. Taxi driver must contact her before arrival so that she can come out to pick us up, she also provided transfer to the park entrance with no charge. Best way to get ahead of long queue. Food is simple with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for visitors to Maijisan Grotto.

Das Zimmer insgesamt ist kompakt, der Tisch ist auch ein bisschen klein, der Auskauf ist nicht Platz, haha 😆 Andere Erfahrung ist gut, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, es gibt auch ein großes Landfenster, die Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut, und beim Abflug aus dem Geschäft wurde auch ein sehr moralisches kleines Geschenk gegeben, sehr gut.

It's a clean and comfortable village homestay in the mountain area. We had a good sleep before our early visit to Maiji Shan scenic spot. The owner and his wife are kind and pleasant. The owner himself picked us from the bus station, sent us and picked us up from the entrance to the scenic spot. And also to the bus station to catch a bus back to Maiji town. We had dinner at their courtyard and we enjoyed the food cooked by the boss himself. *Take bus#34 from Maiji town to Maiji Mt station. The boss will pick you up from there to his house.

I highly recommend the hotel!!! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good and the hotel is beautiful! There is a museum inside, it is definitely such an authentic and incredible experience! Moreover, the location of the hotel is very convenient only 5km to Majishan and next to other beautiful places on the mountains. We book a room with shared toilets, the room was very clean, the toilets so so but there is also private room if you want. Das Hotel war perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse. Ich suchte ein sauberes und bequemes Budget Hotel nicht weit von der Busbahnhof und Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich, obwohl sie nicht Englisch sprechen (was ich erwartet hatte). Ich schlief gut, genossen die heiße Dusche und hatte einen guten Aufenthalt in Zhangjiachuan teilweise dank dieses Hotels. Insgesamt ist es typisch für die älteste Art des Budgethotels, in dem ich in China geblieben bin.
