Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

EEnekaThe family didn't speak any English, but still managed to communicate with us and make sure we got everything I needed. They came to pick us up at the bus stop and drove us back there at our departure. They helped us get the tickets (we didn't have a Chinese phone number so we couldn't get them on WeChat). The food in their family restaurant was great and you can find some cheap dishes. They gave us free water bottles with every meal. They let us leave our luggage after our checkout. They looked like a very warm and happy family. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect to see the Maji mountain. Thank you for your hospitality.

EEnekaThey gave us a free upgrade, the room was beautiful and very big. The owner was very welcoming and helped us with everything. She even let us borrow her charger since our plug wasn't the right one. We didn't really know how to flush the toilet manually if the automatic flush didn't work and for some reason the shower ran out of water mid shower (we only stayed for a day so we didn't ask how to use it properly, so it's probably our fault). Loved it, thank you very very much.

GGastnutzerThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

WWeiwubandaren„Longshang Jiangnanxiu, Xihuangs Heimatstadt im Frühling“: Am 26. Juni beendeten wir unsere Reise nach Lanzhou und Dunhuang und kamen mit unserer Familie nach Tianshui, einer berühmten historischen Stadt in China. Dieses Mal kamen wir nach 22 Jahren zurück und nahmen meine Frau und meine Tochter mit, um Kindheitserinnerungen zu wecken. Kaum hatten wir den Südbahnhof von Tianshui verlassen, wurden wir Zeuge der Eröffnung der zweiten Tram-Baureihe. Die Fahrt war bis zum 18. Juli kostenlos und führte direkt nach Tianshui. Das ist wirklich Tianshui👍. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum an der Minzhu West Road, in der Nähe der Stadtverwaltung von Tianshui und des Kaufhauses Tianshui. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat das Zimmer gemäß unseren Wünschen rauchfrei gemacht und uns beim Zusammenstellen der beiden Betten geholfen. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 10. Stock, ist geräumig und hell und komplett ausgestattet. Vom Fenster aus blickt man auf die Fußgängerzone Zhonghua West Road. Obwohl es zur Straße liegt, ist es sehr schallisoliert. Die Umgebung des Hotels eignet sich hervorragend zum Reisen, Einkaufen und Essen. Der Fuxi-Tempel, der Yuquan-Tempel, das Li-Guang-Grab, Xiguan, die antike Stadt Tianshui, die Maijishan-Grotten, die Xianren-Klippe, der Nanguo-Tempel, die 2500 Jahre alte Frühlings- und Herbstzypresse usw. erinnern an die Vergangenheit und sind voller Erinnerungen! Wir haben Nudeln, Ranran, Guagua, Liangfen, Malatang, Lao Shaguo, Yingbinlou-Gerichte und andere Köstlichkeiten genossen! Besonders die Zuckerkuchen von Zonggao Liu in der antiken Stadt Tianshui kann man nicht mehr ausstehen. Das Hotel schickte uns vor der Abreise sogar Souvenirs! Obwohl die zweieinhalb Tage in Tianshui kurz waren, hat uns der Service des Berlin Aife Hotels beeindruckt! Wenn Sie Zeit haben, sollten Sie unbedingt einmal nach Longshang Jiangnan Tianshui kommen. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein, wenn Sie bei Ihrem Besuch in Tianshui im Berlin Aife Hotel übernachten!

IIO CHUNDas Bett ist sehr bequem und ich schlafe jeden Tag gut. Die Lage ist eigentlich recht praktisch. Ich bin zum Maiji-Berg gefahren und habe ein Taxi genommen. Der Bus auf dem Rückweg hielt in der Nähe. Es war sehr praktisch. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut

GGastnutzerLinglan is actually an excellent location despite the obvious. It's half way between Fuxi temple and Mt. maiji. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel & 5 yuan takes U to Fuxi temple & old town. (Beware last bus is around 730pm, taxi back from Fuxi temple was around 40rmb) For its price point, it's a wonderful, newly renovated g well appointed. Despite management's best effort to be a none-smoking establishment, hotel guests tend to ignore this policy. However, with communication, hotel kindly moved me to a far end on the top floor. They also offered pick up/drop off from train station. The restaurant provided simple yet tasty staples. All in all it was a wonderful stay

The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

CChezzaDieses neue Hotel war ein wunderbarer Ort zum Aufenthalt. Die neuen Einrichtungen waren sauber und gemütlich. Das Schlafzimmer war Temperaturkontrolliert, was im kalten Winter großartig war. Ich mag vor allem das kleine Tischbereich, um sich neben dem Bett zu entspannen. Im Lobby waren auch kostenlose, verschlossene Gepäcklagereinheiten, die bequem sind, wenn Sie irgendwo Ihre Gepäck für ein paar Stunden nach dem Auschecken zu speichern brauchen. Ich war auch überrascht, dass die Waschmaschine und Trockner im Lobby auch kostenlos zu verwenden waren. Ich kommunizierte mit dem Personal in Chinesisch (Ich habe nicht einmal versucht, Englisch zu verwenden) und sie waren immer froh, zu helfen. Ich glaube, ich hätte jedoch ein wenig mehr Informationen über den Eincheck geschätzt, da ich nur realisiert habe, als ich verließ, dass ich das kostenlose Frühstück ... nicht nutzt und nicht wusste, wie es zu erreichen.

SSpeedoholicAmy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby. All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.
