五一假期臨時訂的民宿，沒想到房子那麼漂亮，而且性價比很高。房間裝修也很用心，看上去很有質感，就是忘了拍照了。老闆服務態度超好，會主動提行李，有水果送，早上起早以為我們趕高鐵説開車送我們過去車站👍

Yizhai Medieval Stay (1) room had a bad musty smell (2) couldn't get the hansgrohe shower to work, as it was very late, instead of waking the owner, I took a bath, the water from the bath was barely lukewarm. (3) there was no floor towel provided, after the floor got wet it became very slippery, I slipped at least 3 times. (4) the toilet seat was cracked and the toilet seat hinge was not maintained, no matter how careful I was the seat would slip to one side and cause me to jolt my back. (5) the toilet flush handle was not working properly, have to manually push the handle back into its original position after each flush. (6) the projector screen was too large and I kept on banging into it (7) have to close windows for quiet, if leave them open everytime a car goes past sounds like someone is knocking on your door The staff were polite but unhelpful about the toilet issue, they said they would notify the boss but couldn't fix the problems. They didn't offer a room change. The above problems spoiled my stay experience. Apart from the above problems, I loved the decor, espec the panda cushion and the faux fireplace. The bathrobe was nice. There is room for improvement.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Der Besitzer holte mich ab und half mir mit meinem Gepäck. Der Pu'er-Tee duftete herrlich und die Walnüsse waren köstlich! Das Zimmer war gemütlich und das Frühstück am nächsten Tag sehr herzhaft. Insgesamt kann ich es jedem empfehlen, der Jianshui besuchen möchte!

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this lovely homestay in Jianshui. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, giving us a comfortable place to relax after exploring the town. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk or ride to Jianshui's historic old town, the Confucius Temple, and the beautiful Zhu Family Garden. The architecture and local atmosphere were charming, and we felt like we got a real taste of traditional Yunnan culture. Our hosts also provided great suggestions for local food and sights, which made our trip even more memorable. This homestay was the perfect base for discovering the beauty and history of Jianshui. Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!

Chaoyangmen and the ancient city is just around the corner from the homestay. The room is clean and has a heated bidet which is fantastic in winter. The lady owner and her mother are very nice people as were the staff. Despite being closed to the ancient city, we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility of the place. When we were there from 17-19 December, 2025, it was advantageous as we could just walk to Chaoyang to witness the singers practising for the Blueberry award event on 19 December. However, as with many ancient towns in the region, the streets are cobbled stones. We had small suitcases so we could just carry them. I hate to have to push large suitcases on cobbled stone streets. Finally, we enjoyed the porridge breakfast - beautifully arranged.

Der Boss und der Boss sind sehr freundlich und enthusiastisch! Vielen Dank für ihre Pflege! Sie empfehlen die näheren Sehenswürdigkeiten und die wunderschönen Mahlzeiten, ohne die Erde zu bekommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber. Der Chef hilft uns jeden Tag, das Zimmer zu räumen. Der Chef hat Blumen sehr geliebt, und sie kauft Blumen in unserem Zimmer. Das nächste Mal wird es auch für ihre Häuser entscheiden!

I had a lovely one night stay here, but I wish I had more days. The location is within the ancient city but in a quiet street so you can easily access the sights without being in the crowd. The owner is the architect of the place, and you can see the thoughtfulness and taste everywhere. The decor is beautiful but not overly done, and details are delicate. I had the room with a slide and it was a creative addition. The towels are super soft and all the hardwares are high quality. At night the owner invited me to drink tea with him and another couple who was also traveling. We talked about our travel stories and beliefs - it was a wonderful time and left great memories in Jianshui!

Das Zimmer liegt verkehrsgünstig, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Gucheng entfernt und in der Nähe des Einkaufsviertels, sodass man bequem einkaufen kann. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber vollständig. Bad und Dusche sind mit Wasser gefüllt, und die Warmwasserduschen sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt jedoch keinen separaten Nass- und Trockenbereich, sodass beim Duschen das Bad nass wird, was sich sogar auf das Zimmer auswirkt. Nachdem ich dies gemeldet hatte, kam der Besitzer sofort und war sehr freundlich. Dieses B&B ist günstiger als andere B&Bs in der gleichen Lage, daher ist es für alle, die ein gutes Budget suchen, wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Lage: Direkt neben dem Xiaogui-See gelegen, ist die Snackstraße in etwa 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut und die Umgebung angenehm. Umgebung: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Innenhof, und im dritten Stock befinden sich beidseitig Balkone. Es gibt viele öffentliche Bereiche, große Zimmer, Schränke sowie neue Möbel und Geräte. Badezimmer: Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Bad und Waschbecken sind getrennt, und das Waschbecken befindet sich außen, was die Nutzung erleichtert. Sonnenlicht: Die Beleuchtung ist sehr gut, und Sie können im Zimmer Sonnenlicht hereinlassen, indem Sie die Vorhänge öffnen. Einrichtungen: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch eine Tischtennisplatte. Auch diese ist eine gute Wahl für alle, die gerne spielen. Die allgemeine Umgebung ist gut und die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Es ist empfehlenswert für Freunde zu übernachten.
